In this beautiful living room is a fireplace stove, which provides coziness with a crackling fire and two heat pumps. From here you also have access to the partially covered terrace. There are two bathrooms, both with shower. At the end of the garage with its own entrance is the wellness area with sauna and a cozy room with shower and sink.



The house is located on a secluded plot with beautiful planting, here is space to enjoy and play in the garden. Children will love telling each other scary stories and roasting marshmallows around the campfire in the evening.



On one of Denmark's most beautiful and child-friendly sandy beaches with beautiful dunes, where you can go to the art museum, play golf and tennis. In the area there are really good fishing opportunities on the coasts. Only 6 km away you will find Brynshøj put and take as well as Lake Højby where there are good opportunities to catch pike and perch, of course you can also just walk or bike and enjoy the beautiful unspoiled nature.
