The Lentisque cottage, a 45m² duplex, has been renovated with natural, environmentally friendly materials. On the ground floor, you will find a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, while upstairs, a spacious bedroom with modular beds awaits you.



Your private terrace overlooks the estate's courtyard and surrounding vineyards. The cottage, designed to maintain a pleasant temperature in summer, also has a wood-burning stove for winter evenings. A shared laundry room and barbecue are at your disposal.



Just 15 minutes from Sète and its canals, you can explore the Thau lagoon and its oyster farms. The beaches of Frontignan are a 10-minute drive away, and the region is full of treasures to discover, from the abbey of Villeneuve-les-Maguelone to the picturesque villages of the hinterland.
