You’ll have a private dock just 200 meters from the house, and two kayaks are ready for you to explore the coast. The garden surrounds the property with a lovely terrace—perfect for morning coffee while the kids play on the lawn or in the playroom.



The house is designed with families in mind and offers plenty of space for you to relax together. Inside, you’ll find everything you need for a relaxing vacation by the sea.



The garden offers green spaces where the kids can play freely, and the terrace invites you to enjoy long summer days outdoors. Short walks take you to beautiful beaches and nature areas.



Homborsund is a 20-minute drive from Kristiansand Zoo and lies between the charming towns of Lillesand and Grimstad. In just under half an hour, you can reach Kilden Theater and Concert Hall, Kunstsilo, or the outdoor stage Bruddet in Fjæreheia.

We stayed in Homborsund for 3 nights. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts and shown around the property. An incredibly charming little house with a fantastic outdoor area. A quiet neighborhood, perfect for relaxing. The house had everything we needed. The lake and swimming spots were just a few minutes’ walk from the property. We visited Lillesand and Grimstad, both of which are a 20-minute drive away. There’s no lake view from the property, but the beautiful garden more than made up for it :) We also recommend a trip to Kalvehageneset, which is nearby. We had a wonderful stay.
