Relaxing

Wonderful comfortable home on the golf course just a few steps away from a nice saltwater pool. Clubhouse within walking distance to enjoy sunsets, dinner and a cocktail with a DJ and Band on the weekends. Shopping close by.We enjoyed grilling on the deck and made many trips to the pool!

Great location and views

Nice floor plan with 2 large bedrooms with glass sliders onto a large patio with views of 1st fairway and mountains in the distance. Comfortable beds and living room. Great location near pool/hot tub and clubhouse. Some areas of the home had not been cleaned very well. When we contacted the owner, he was very prompt in his response and resolution. He appreciated being informed of the situation. We enjoyed our stay.

Convenient location, new bathrooms & kitchen

Owners are very responsive. Answered my phone call right the way when I had trouble opening the interior secured door. The golf course is in great condition. The fairway is like carpet. Much better value and condition than other more expensive course.

Fantastic!

By far, the nicest place we’ve stayed, in our many trips to the desert! Everything is new, clean, well-organized, tasteful, and comfortable. The location on the first fairway is ideal and we enjoyed coffee on the patio every morning. We absolutely loved our stay! Thanks Paul and Gail…we certainly hope to return to your beautiful home!

Lovely stay

Paul and Gail were extremely quick to respond to our questions before and during our stay. They addressed an issue when we first arrived and helped to make our visit to their Palm Desert condo a lovely experience.

Wonderful House in Palm Desert

My family and I spent a week here during spring break. We loved being close to Thousand Palms Trails because we are big hikers. The house was just perfect for us. The bedrooms and beds were so comfortable and nicely decorated. The patio has 3 different areas to hang out and relax and the pool is very close to the house. We had an exellent trip.

Great golf course view

Great location with east facing patio on #1 hole. Owner was very cooperative and easy check in. It could have been a little cleaner and the master bedroom needs a new mattress and bedding. We enjoyed our stay and found the owner to be very accomodating.

Nice Golf Course Condo

Really enjoyed location and the patio area and view was great. The layout was great for 2 couples or a family with kids. Golf course was very fun. We will return in the future.

Fabulous Getaway

Super clean and comfortable. We enjoyed every minute of our extended weekend in Palm Desert! The owners were lovely to work with and very accommodating to any request. We will be sure to stay here again!

Palm Desert

Great location, easy access any where in the GPS area. Comfortable for my wife, my daughter, granddaughter and myself. 2 large bedrooms, separated by the kitchen and living room. Large ground level outdoor patio for coffee, meals. On 1st fairway. 2 minutes walk to pool, tennis and pickle ball courts. Golf course mowing early in morning (5:30 AM)!

Excellent little stay

We were staying for Coachella weekend and this place was great. We're never into the party scene too much so this quiet gated condo was perfect. 6 units down from the pool and great view of either the 1 or the 9 on the golf course. Paul was very accommodating and easy to work with.

Location location location

The Palm Desert Resort is central to all activities in and around the valley. Our condo was a 2 minute walk to the pool, right on the golf course. Wonderful layout with two master bedrooms, living room in between. Balcony off each bedroom. Bright and comfortable, having Netflix plus free log distance to Canada was nice perks. Wonderful month long holiday. Thanks Paul for sharing your place with us.

Spring Break

Very nice unit with a good layout and the big plus was the nice big patio on the fairway. It was a real value add that the pool was so close, literally about 100ft away. It's also very close to everything and if you're looking for a golf weekend or vacation, this location is great. There were clear instructions and everything worked fine.

Great place to stay, beautiful view of mountains.

Condo was a perfect location, right on the golf course, and steps away from pool and tennis courts. Condo had lots of room and kitchen was stocked with all items you would have at home. Beds were very comfortable and deck was large. We would recommend staying at this property. We are certainly going to rent this condo again if available.
