Who are we?



We are Care Concierge, a professional property management agency specialising in accommodation in Chamonix, Les Houches and Saint-Gervais.



We are not particularly hands-on hosts. We do not meet travellers, except upon request. We have 2 offices and our local team is at your disposal to assist you throughout your stay.



Supplied articles



Each accommodation includes a welcome kit (toiletries, soap, toilet paper, cleaning products) for the first 1 to 2 days.



It is your responsibility to replenish these products during your stay if necessary.

This guide contains information relating to your arrival, access codes, parking information and accommodation instructions to ensure smooth check-in.

Water heater READ CAREFULLY



In France, the functioning of water heaters (boilers) is different from that of many other countries.



Hot water is stored in a tank and can empty in case of high consumption.



The time to fill and heat the tank is between 1 and 5 hours, depending on its capacity. We ask you to avoid prolonged showers or baths, unless you are the last person to use the bathroom and can wait until the next morning to refill it.
