Unit 203- Numerous parking spots reserved for owners, many whom are not there. It would be nice if the owner you are renting from would allow you to park in their spot. We listened to our upstairs neighbors "little feet running", dragging chairs across tile 3x's a day and moving furniture at least 2x's a day which sounded like "thunder" for the first two weeks. After that we notified the front office who told us "we know them, they are very nice, we will put pads under their chairs. The noise continued constantly and we called again and again and again Finally they sent security to our 203 unit and he wasn't in our room 2 minutes when he called the front office and told then they had fixed the wrong room. We got a note from the upstairs owners with some chocolate with an apology however the noise was constant all day for our last two weeks. Siesta Key was windy this year and we could tell, we stuffed napkins and Kleenex in the slider windows to keep them from rattling. The owners of this unit removed their deck to make more livable space in the kitchen but also put in screws so you could not open the windows. We notified front desk upon our arrival the fan in the guest room was not working. It did not get fixed the whole month we were there because the owner is a "do it yourselfer". By our third week we were needing to turn the air conditioner off, wait, and then turn back on in order to get it to work. Called maintenance and they responded quickly. Told us they had it fixed. A few days prior to our leaving they wanted us to allow them at actually fix the air conditioner, evidently the freon was leaking?? We missed them knocking on our door, called front desk and Cindy very rudely told us it was our fault and basically too bad. Fourth time the condo heated up to 78, and then miraculously they fixed the unit without the need to enter the condo. I could go on but I am limited to 2000 characters. Overpriced
