Located in Santa Maria di Leuca, this cozy house comfortably hosts up to 5 guests and is ideal for a couple or a family with up to 3 children. The estate is completely fenced, making it a secure choice if you are traveling with pets. The house is perfectly positioned within walking distance of the famous sanctuary, the iconic lighthouse that marks the separation between the Adriatic and Ionian seas, and the village centre with its vibrant marina.
The living space includes a main lounge equipped with a dining table and chairs, a 40" smart TV and a single sofa bed. The kitchen operates with an induction hob and is fully equipped with a refrigerator featuring an ice compartment, an oven, a dishwasher and a traditional moka coffee pot. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: a private main double bedroom on the living room level and a second walk-through bedroom located upstairs, which features a single pull-out bed, ideal for 1-2 children. The house includes one bathroom with a shower and one separate WC. For your comfort, insect screens are installed on the windows, a private washing machine is available, and a climate control unit providing heating and air conditioning is located in the hallway.
The highlight of the outdoor area is the massive rooftop terrace. Here, you will find a very nice outdoor jacuzzi that offers stunning panoramic views over the sea, the lighthouse, and the yacht harbour of Santa Maria di Leuca. There is also an outdoor shower. Access to the jacuzzi is optional and available for a supplement (€120 for preparation €15 per day, which includes water costs and regular maintenance). The terrace is also furnished with an outdoor dining table and chairs for al fresco meals. A small garden surrounds the property. For parking, guests have access to a private open-air parking space on the premises, complemented by free parking options on the street directly behind the house.
Please note that the property is located close to neighbouring houses, and that the ground floor of the building is not included in the rental and remains completely unused.
The immediate surroundings define the unique appeal of this destination. You are just a short walk from the Santa Maria di Leuca lighthouse, the historic landmark marking the boundary where the Adriatic and Ionian currents meet. The marina and the heart of the town are easily reachable on foot, allowing you to seamlessly enjoy local shops and waterfront amenities. For dining out, Fedele Restaurant (ideal for fish dishes) is just 1 km away, while Rizieri Restaurant is located 2 km from the villa. Grocery shopping is convenient with a supermarket located 1.5 km away. When you are ready for a beach day, the closest beach is Lido Azzurro in Leuca, which is approximately 2 km from the property.
Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €26 per person.
Final cleaning is not included and costs €100, unless you clean yourselves before departure.
Dogs and pets are welcome, if you inform us in advance! Surcharge: €150 for the 1st one, €75 each for the others. Usually max 1 large or 2 small ones are allowed, but exceptions might be possible upon request.
We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €600 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.
Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kWh charged to guests was €0,45 on 21/05/2026, when this text was last updated. Prices may slightly change over time.

We are obliged by law to verify the identity of all our guests. We will therefore ask you to upload copies of your IDs on our (secure) website to verify your identity before handing out the key code for the accommodation. Parties, gatherings, events or loud music are not allowed at this property unless explicitly authorised beforehand by us in writing.
In case the local municipality charges a tourist tax, we will ask you to pay this separately to us and we will transfer it to the local authorities as required by law.
Please note that, like for all houses in Italy, the power allowance of the house is limited and you might not be able to always use all electric appliances simultaneously. No need to worry: most guests don't even notice this limitation.
