Lovely holiday home

Had a fantastic stay. Lovely clean comfortable property in the middle of Perranporth. Had an issue with the washing machine but this was resolved by a quick response from Clementine at Luxury Holidays (who was excellent). Would highly recommend this holiday home.

Accommodation was centrally located in Perranporth which was ideal for our little trip. and the car parking space was a godsend. The beds were comfortable and lounge area comfortable for the 3 of us. The shower didn't have a mat provided which mean't it was too slippy for my elderly mum to use. No hairdryer available either.

Steep stairs

The apartment itself was immaculately clean and well decorated. We chose this property based on its location - close to a number of foodie pubs and other eateries. However, a) we were extremely disappointed with the area itself as we found many of the local retail businesses to be, not particularly clean with quite a few having dirty shopfronts and evidence of litter inside the premises. And b) the stairs from level 1 inside the apartment to the upper level are incredibly steep and difficult to negotiate when carrying any items. The kitchen area and shower/toilet are on level 1 which we felt was quite onerous when negotiating the sharp incline on the stairs, especially when getting up in the middle of the night to use the toilet facilities. Perhaps a property suited to the under 50's, we're 70.
