Tucked away in peaceful countryside with beautiful views, The Bothy is a stylish retreat designed for two adults. Recently renovated to a high standard, this cosy hideaway features a log burner, comfortable living space, kingsize bed, compact kitchen and modern shower room. Spend evenings relaxing by our outdoor fire on the patio, with pizza oven, comfortable seating & outdoor dining area. Explore local beaches, cafes, restaurants & amenities all a short drive away.

The Bothy is our cosy and newly renovated tiny house, fully furnished to create a relaxing retreat with plenty of space for two adults. Set on beautiful farmland in quiet Aberdeenshire, The Bothy has stunning panoramic views overlooking the surrounding fields.

On entering The Bothy, guests are welcomed into our compact yet perfectly formed kitchen - featuring everything you need for a relaxing stay, including electric oven, hob, dishwasher and cooking equipment. Our comfortable kingsize bed sleeps 2 guests. Luxurious hotel-quality linens and soft towels are provided for all guests. Tweed armchairs sit in front of or windows, with stunning, uninterrupted views across the fields and surrounding landscape.
A smart TV is available, with access to channels such as Netflix and Disney+, so you can watch your favourite films or shows during your stay. A dining table sits within the living area, which can double as a workspace should you need to catch up on emails during your stay.
The shower room is located just off the Kitchen area, with electric shower, toilet and sink.

To the front of the property, guests can find our private patio area, featuring a log fired pizza oven and comfortable seating - a favourite spot of our guests for enjoying a bottle of fizz in the sunshine, or cosying up in front of the fire under the stars.

The entire property is available for guest use, including the garden. Private, off street parking is available at The Bothy, with space for two cars.

Designed as an adult retreat, this property is not suitable for infants or children due to its layout, distinctive character features and potential safety hazards.

Please note that pets are not allowed at The Bothy. No Parties. Maximum 2 adult guests.

The nearby town of Fraserburgh is just a 5-minute drive away, offering supermarkets, shops, cafes and restaurants, as well as attractions such as Fraserburgh Heritage Centre and Kinnaird Head Lighthouse. Don’t miss the scenic Moray Firth with beautiful beaches and coastal walks a short drive away. The area is perfect for dolphin and seal spotting, coastal walks, golfing and exploring Aberdeenshire’s fishing villages, making it an ideal base for a relaxing countryside escape.
