Overall, we were happy with our experience. The location was perfect, and we were pleased with the facilities of the room. The reason I cannot give a higher rating is that we found a rat in our room. Finding a rat in a hotel room is very distressing and raises serious concerns about hygiene and the hotel's standards. We were eventually offered a different room for the night, but we were a bit disappointed with the response of the hotel team.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the location and the room facilities. However, we're genuinely sorry for the distress caused by finding a rat in your room. This is not the standard we uphold, and we completely understand your concerns about hygiene. We are already addressing this serious issue to ensure it does not occur again. Your feedback is crucial in helping us improve. We apologize for any inconvenience regarding the team’s initial response and appreciate your understanding. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again for a better experience in the future. Best regards, GuestReady Team
