WONDERFUL WINTER VACATION!

The home was very comfortable for all of us, and the host was extremely attentive and responsive. The property is also very centrally located and easily accessible. It was a great vacation!

Great place and location

Really enjoyed our stay. Great property with lots of room and sleeping options. Only downside is the steps to get from parking to the front door - about 20 so if you have an older guest (we did) the steps were a bit much. Wasn’t clear when we booked the rental on the steps. But that is minor overall and we’d definitely stay here again.

The house was clean and had awesome views. There was plenty of room for our family of 15.

Nice property with great views! Recently updated kitchen. Anytime I had a question the office was quick to respond. The deck could use a little update, but still enjoyed sitting outside.

Perfect Location for Ski Trips

Stayed here with 15 friends for a ski trip at Breckenridge and Keystone. The location cannot be beat. You're literally 7 mins from Main St. and 12 min from the Breck parking lots. House is spacious and well-equipped, with plenty of bedroom and bathroom space for everyone. The kitchen came stocked with all the equipment and serving ware needed to cook all of our meals. Hot tub was an added bonus and super easy to operate. The view of Breck from the balcony is so great. Highly recommend staying here!

Phenomenal Stay at Powder Moose Villa

We fell in love with this house from the minute we booked it. When we got to the property we all agreed that pictures didn’t do justice to this place. It was just amazing. Access to the property was super easy and the management company did a wonderful job keeping us up to date as the date for the trip approached. We were a total of 18 including 6 children. The house is so big that we were really comfortable with plenty of space to spare. All the rooms were pretty big and each had its own bathroom (some were outside the room) which made it really convenient for all the couples traveling. The family room had lots of board games and all TVs had Netflix. This was helpful for entertaining the kids. The hot tub was phenomenal, especially after hitting the slopes. For the most part the house had all essentials. There were a couple of areas for improvement such as having more cleaning utensils (broom, windex, etc). Yes, you pay a cleaning fee but if you want to do a little bit of cleaning while you’re there, it would come handy. The blender was missing its body and the hand mixer had the wrong blades. Aside from these small things (areas for improvement) the house was perfect. As stated by the host, the parking can comfortably fit 4 vehicles so be mindful of that. Also, once you park you need to take stairs to get to the entry so consider traveling light if you can. Not a dealbreakeep for us at all. In summary, we loved this place and would not hesitate to book it in the future. Thanks to the property management who texted us every single day to make sure we enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend Pinnacle Lodging for your stay at Breckenridge.

Great home for large group

We had a great time at this property over the Thanksgiving holiday. The house is well kept and was the perfect size for the size of our group. Perfect location. About 5 minutes or so from Main St. Property has 2 sets of washers & dryers. Dryer downstairs took a while to dry so we ended up using the one upstairs. Beds in the bunkbed room are not very comfortable, but no complaints from others that stayed in other bedrooms.

Great place for big families

House was clean and comfortable for my extended family. Good location - Short drive to downtown Breck, etc. Great view from the large deck. Property Manager was very responsive. Couple of small things...There weren't any kitchen towels or oven hot pads so had to use bath hand towels. The late-afternoon sun was a bit brutal so would've been nice to have some remote shades on the upper windows. Overall, we had a great stay!

Family reunion

We stayed there with other family members (15 in total) and loved the space the house gave and the wonderful view of the mountains. Plenty of spots to hang out and sit. Location was great, quiet neighborhood and just a short drive to Main St. A few minor things popped up while we were there. Door knobs would fall off, none of the bedroom or bathroom doors locked, the grill had not been cleaned in a very long time, all the beds were very hard and only one of the sliding glass doors would open (the other door had a stick stuck down at the bottom and would not come up). I did call the management company about the door knobs on the first night there and she said it was an ongoing issue with the house.

Good Accommodation, Only 1 Washroom was operational

the listing had 5 washrooms but only 1 had functioning locks. Even after complaining the very first hour of our stay, the management could not fix the locks on the washrooms which meant we were literally placing things like chairs and mops for maintaining privacy.

Roomy, but beware

The property was roomy for our family. There were cracks in the walls and tiled floors. The heat registers were wonky and in questionable shape. There were problems with bathroom sink drains. The worst part was we first found a soiled hand towel in the bathroom. Then we discovered several blood stains on sheets on a bed. Removing the sheets, blankets and pillowcases revealed more blood stains on the blanket, mattress pad and pillows. This made us extremely uncomfortable, and we kept questioning the cleanliness of all bedding and towels for the rest of our stay. We were under the impression that Vrbo had higher standards regarding the sanitation and cleanliness of the properties they offer. Very disappointing.

Had a lot of fun hang outs in the large common area. Never got old waking up to an amazing view out the living room windows. Plenty of bathrooms for us. Only slight issue was the kitchen was a bit small for such a large group but we still made it work. Would definitely recommend.

We loved it!

Nice property, excellent location! We spent Christmas at Powder Moose Villa with extended family and had a wonderful time! Lots of bedrooms, nicely stocked kitchen, and great proximity to downtown Breckenridge. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to anyone!

They do-not have professional cleaners!!

The views are beautiful from the balcony and its a very convenient location .But the cleaners are terrible considering they charge a very high amount of cleaning fees compared to any other vrbo i have ever stayed at ..!! When we entered the house smelled so bad we couldn't stand in the house ,we opened all windows and doors and it still didn't help ,the plates in the cabinets were still dirty and stocked upon each other without being washed, we arrived at 4pm which was the check in time,but the cleaners were still cleaning we waited outside for 30mins ..while ONLY one lady ran in/out ..for that big home..i doubt it was sanitized!! We went to the nearest walmart bought candles and air freshening sprays and sanitary products to sanitize and clean ourselves which was very hectic .. they have absolutely nothing in the kitchen when it comes to spices ,and the shampoo ,conditioner and body wash bottles were smaller than travel size with only one of each bottles in every bathroom considering we had booked the place for 11 guest for 4 nights, we had to go buy those aswell.. hand soaps were bars no liquid hand-soap was provided considering the situation ,there was no disinfectant wipes ...and drawers and cabinets in kitchen were untidy aswell.. sheets on and beds were still wet ,not completely dried..when we pulled them out to rewash and dry ,the dryers didn't work ..We have stayed at many places in past ,with the nightly price charged they donot provide much extras or any much necessities.They house is very run down and not taken care .. the nightly price charged is too much for the place offered.

Warm and Cozy

The home was clean, and always warm when we came back from our adventures. The down stairs rooms were a warmer than others but they did have a plug in fan that helped.
