Stately vacation apartment with a view over the rooftops of Genoa.



This recently renovated apartment, located just a stone's throw from the center, is fully equipped and even has air conditioning and an elevator. From the balcony you can watch the hustle and bustle of the city and make plans for the days ahead in Genoa. The apartment is the ideal base for a family or a smaller group.



Just a stone's throw from the elevator, which is directly connected to the subway, you can reach, for example, the Aquarium and the beautiful Mackenzie Castle and Villa Zerbino.



Genoa in general will surprise you with its magnificent buildings, its glorious history and its cultural offer.

Stroll through the port alleys, the fashionable shopping streets and the Porto Antico with a mix of attractions, stores, restaurants, bars and events.



With children, a visit to the aquarium is a must and by boat you can quickly reach dreamlike places along the Ligurian coast.



Enjoy good food, the fantastic lighthouse and so many other sights.



Inland you can enjoy hiking and biking and explore the various nature parks.

Quaint apt great views

Great communication, well equipped. Be ready for stairs once you get there it’s beautiful views, close to transport and grocery. Perfect for families, very local feel! Cool working AC

Lovely little apartment located very near the station. Perfect for a few nights stay. Air conditioning was very welcome. Great little balcony. Clear instructions shared to access the key to get into the apartment.Lots of steep stairs to access the apartment building and the key- we managed to gain access but something that people should be aware of if less mobile.We had no hot water- this was fine and could be we needed to do something but instructions for the apartment were not clear

Appartement très bien situé à Gênes, proche des transports et des commerces. La propriétaire répond rapidement si besoin.Il y a la climatisation dans la salle à manger et dans une chambre. Par contre pas de clim dans la 2ème chambre (celle avec le lit simple).

Escaliers

Il y a 109 marches a monter pour arriver a l'appartement. Cuisine mal équipé, pas de grille-pain, pas de torchon pour nettoyer, pas de sacs de rechange pour les rebuts, un petit poêlon. Murs si minces qu'on entend les voisins parler, fenêtres mal isolées l'air passe par les joints et le bruit extérieur entre même lorsque les fenêtres sont fermées. Si on avait été informés qu'il fallait monter 109 marches on aurait pas loué. Quartier sympathique et proche de la gare

Il posto e la casa sono perfetti

La casa e' perfetta ,pulita. un bel posto vicino alla stazione e il centro della città ,però ci sono due difetti, il primo per entrare a casa bisogna salire tante scale il secondo la password della onnessione Wifi e errata .oltre questi tutti altri sono perfetti.
