Private villa with 8x5 metre swimming pool for 12 people, barbecue and air conditioning in the bedrooms, located in the famous Oura area in Albufeira, just a few minutes' walk from Oura Beach and the well-known English Strip.
Perfect for groups of friends and lively holidays in the Algarve, Casa Branca stands out for its excellent location next to Albufeira's nightlife, its private pool and outdoor spaces ideal for barbecues, group meals and unforgettable moments with friends.
This spacious dwelling is located in one of the most sought-after areas of Albufeira by young people and groups looking to make the most of the beach, restaurants, bars and nightlife without needing to use a car.
On the exterior, the property offers a fantastic private swimming pool of 8x5 metres, 10 sun loungers and space to relax in the Algarve sun. There is also a large outdoor table, perfect for outdoor dining and a lounge area for summer gatherings.
Inside, the dwelling has a comfortable living room with sofas and television. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, juicer, extractor hood, capsule coffee machine and filter coffee machine, offering everything needed for a practical and comfortable stay.
The five rooms were prepared to accommodate large groups comfortably:
•One room with two bunk beds
•One room with one bunk bed and a single bed
•One room with a single bed
•Two rooms with two single beds each
• 3 Bathrooms in total, one with a shower cubicle and two with a bathtub
• Air conditioning in the bedrooms
The White House is ideal for groups of young people, friends and lively summer holidays, thanks to its proximity to Oura Beach, bars, restaurants and Albufeira's famous nightlife. Because it is located next to the English Strip, there may be some typical ambient noise at night in the area.

Failure to comply with the following rules may result in partial or total deduction of the security deposit:
• Damage caused by misuse or negligence.
• Smoking inside the property.
• Presence of guests not included in the reservation.
• Parties, excessive noise or breach of quiet hours between 23:00 and 07:00.
• Security guard callout due to excessive noise, removal or attempted tampering with the decibel meter.
• Improper use of the parasol/awning, which must be closed when not in use.
• Failure to comply with check-out time, which is 10:00 by default.
• An extra cleaning fee will be charged if the house is left with excessive dirt and/or excessive rubbish on the property.
• Use of glass objects in the swimming pool.
The amenities provided upon arrival are not replenished during the stay.
Access to the house is conditional upon completing online check-in, blocking the deposit and paying the tourist tax.
For your security, close the doors, windows/shutters and activate the alarm (if applicable) when you leave.
