Villa Volcán 11 | Art & Light is an exclusive villa for up to six guests, nestled in the peaceful Residencial Las Casas Blancas in Yaiza, widely regarded as one of Spain’s most beautiful villages and the gateway to Timanfaya National Park, the island’s extraordinary volcanic heart.

Inspired by passionate travellers and art lovers, created for those who want to experience Lanzarote at a gentler pace and feel at home.

Designed to make the most of Lanzarote’s unique light and tranquillity, the villa combines warm natural materials with carefully chosen decorative pieces collected by its owners during years of travelling around the world, creating a welcoming home with character and personality.

Step inside to discover a bright and spacious living and dining area with comfortable sofas, Smart TV and ceiling fans – the perfect place to relax after a day exploring beaches, volcanoes or local villages. The separate fully equipped kitchen makes everything from a leisurely breakfast to a family dinner effortless.

The villa offers three generously sized bedrooms. On the ground floor, you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a modern bathroom with walk-in shower, ideal for guests who prefer to avoid stairs.

Upstairs, the principal bedroom features two single beds joined together to create a king-size sleeping arrangement, together with direct access to a private furnished terrace – the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening overlooking the peaceful surroundings of Yaiza. A second upstairs bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed, alongside another full bathroom with walk-in shower.

Outdoor living is at the heart of the experience. A spacious terrace with a large dining table beneath a traditional cane pergola invites long al fresco lunches and warm evenings outdoors, while the volcanic stone garden surrounds the heated pool and sun loungers, creating a peaceful space to relax under Lanzarote’s year-round sunshine.

Families travelling with children will also find a small selection of toys, storybooks and children’s books to help younger guests feel welcome and at home.

Private on-site parking is available within the property.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, citrus juicer and washing machine.

The villa also offers two full bathrooms with walk-in showers and hairdryers, Smart TV, 600 Mbps high-speed fibre Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, an iron, and carefully selected outdoor furniture including sun loungers and an al fresco dining area.

Everything has been designed so that you can simply relax and enjoy Lanzarote at your own pace.

We want every guest to enjoy a comfortable and safe stay. Due to the layout of the property, the private swimming pool and the outdoor areas, Villa Volcán 11 | Art & Light is particularly well suited to families with children aged two year and over.

To keep the pool in excellent condition throughout the year, it is professionally maintained once a week, usually on Fridays. Every effort is made to ensure that this is carried out quickly and with minimal disruption to guests.
