This lovely apartment offers a bright and comfortable setting, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the city.

Step into the welcoming living room, where a plush sofa and a flat-screen TV create the ideal space to unwind. The modern décor and open layout give the apartment a spacious and airy feel, making it perfect for relaxing with family or friends.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and modern appliances, including a dishwasher and stove, allowing you to prepare meals with ease throughout your stay. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area provides a comfortable space to enjoy meals and plan the day ahead.

The apartment features two spacious bedrooms, each furnished with a comfortable double bed, ample storage space, and soft hotel-quality linens to ensure restful nights. Large windows fill the rooms with natural light, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere.

Lastly, the bathroom is equipped with all the essentials needed to freshen up after a day of exploring, with fresh towels provided for your convenience.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests have access to the entire apartment located on the 1st floor, including the private balcony ideal for relaxing outdoors. An elevator is available for convenient access.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A comfortable and well-located apartment in Vila Nova de Gaia, offering easy access to both Porto’s historic center and the Atlantic coast. Guests can explore the famous Gaia wine cellars, stroll along the Douro riverside, and enjoy spectacular views from Jardim do Morro and the iconic Dom Luís I Bridge.

Nearby beaches such as Madalena, Miramar, and Senhor da Pedra are perfect for relaxing by the sea, while local cafés, restaurants, and shopping areas provide plenty of options for dining and entertainment. With excellent transport connections, it’s an ideal base for discovering the best of the Porto region.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Santo Ovídio (Metro do Porto – Line D), is approximately a 10–15 minute drive from the property, providing direct access to Porto city centre and the wider metro network.

The nearest train station, Granja (Linha do Norte), is about a 5–10 minute drive from the property, offering regular connections to Porto (Campanhã / São Bento) and other destinations along the coast.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is approximately a 25–30 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).

Please note: A rental contract must be signed online prior to your arrival. We will not be able to provide your check-in instructions until the contract is signed.
