Charming little summer house right by the water

A small cottage on Funen, situated right on the water’s edge. Large windows bring the water into the room all day long, and the wood-burning stove fills the house with a warmth that makes it easy to settle in after a day outdoors.



The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and the living room centers around the wood-burning stove on chilly evenings. If you sit by the windows, the water is always in view. It is a small house, but a well-balanced one.



The house is situated right on the water’s edge, and the surrounding Funen countryside is perfect for a bike ride if you have bikes with you.



Kerteminde and Nyborg are both obvious destinations for day trips. The Johannes Larsen Museum is remarkable, and the Fjord and the Belt are home to porpoises and seals. Restaurant Rudolf Mathis serves the best seafood on Funen. In Nyborg, the castle and fortress are a good starting point, and Restaurant Remisen is housed in a restored old train station.
