The property is located in Costa de Caparica, one of the most popular seaside areas in the Lisbon Metropolitan Area.
By bus, Transportes Sul do Tejo (TST) operates several lines with direct connections between Costa de Caparica and central Lisbon (Praça de Espanha) and Almada. The nearest bus stop is a few minutes' walk from the property.
By ferry + bus, one of the most scenic options is to take the ferry between Cais do Sodré (Lisbon) and Cacilhas, and then the TST bus to Costa de Caparica — total journey of approximately 45 to 55 minutes.
By car, the A2 motorway and the Ponte 25 de Abril allow you to reach central Lisbon in approximately 25 to 35 minutes, depending on traffic.
Humberto Delgado International Airport (Lisbon) is approximately 35 to 45 minutes by car, via the A2 and Ponte 25 de Abril. For those travelling without a car, the most practical option is a taxi or Uber/Bolt directly from the airport to the property. Taxis and ride-hailing vehicles are easily available in Costa de Caparica.
This is a self-check-in property and you will be asked to verify your identity before being able to check in to the accommodation (15:00). We ask all guests to complete a registration form which will be sent after the booking confirmation, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by the local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g. smell of tobacco, ash, cigarette butts, etc.), we reserve the right to charge a fee of at least €200 EUR.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy for utilities applies with an included limit of €80.
For the first days, we provide the following basic amenities: small containers of shower gel, shampoo and soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, washing-up liquid and a bin bag.
Extra keys: €20 (extra set when possible, lost keys or door opening service). Extra cleaning: price of one cleaning fee. Extra linen: €30 (towels and sheets for 2 people, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
