カサドヒビスコは、サンペドロドエストリルの小さな農場にあります。 カーネーションの生産のために1940年に買収されたこの農場は、4世代の家族に属しています。 家の名前の由来は、入り口の隣に植えられた50年以上のハイビスカスにあります。 木々に囲まれたこの家は、緑豊かな屋外エリアがあり、静かで快適です。 ビーチの近くにあるこの家は、リスボン、カスカイス、シントラを訪れたい人に適しています。



2016年に完全に改装されたこの家は、快適さと素朴なスタイルを兼ね備えています。 それは、伝統的なポルトガルの鉄のベッドがある1つのベッドルーム、冷蔵庫とコンロを完備した簡易キッチンのあるリビングルーム、シャワー付きのバスルームがあります。 伝統的なポルトガルのタイルの床は、家と庭の連続性を可能にする自然光がたっぷり入った大きなガラスのドアとは対照的です。

Samen met mijn dochter hadden we twee heerlijke nachten in dit appartement. Vriendelijke ontvangst, ook al waren we door vertraging veel later dan gepland.

Bel accueil par les propriétaires dans plusieurs langues. Nous ont aidé à trouver des itinéraires pour nos visites. Quartier de banlieue plusieurs belles maisons à 2 pas de l’ocean.

This is not a Farm. This is not a house. There is no garden. This is a garage converted to a suite attached to a small house on a large property with a bunch of dead plants and several other houses on it in a residential area. This is not a Farm. The condition of the suite is run down, shabby and dirty. The plank in the bedroom is filthy, holes in the bedsheets, shower floor filthy and mould in the tiles, ants in the kitchen that got into all of our food on the table. The bath towels were so thin you could see through them I wouldn’t wash my car with them. We were given one hand towel for two days. The second day there was no water. No water at all to shower brush teeth or make coffee. The owner said not his fault. Outside the bedroom window there is a large cesspool for lack of a better description. The rules you were given state that you are not allowed to go into the “garden“. I would not describe the property as a garden in any shape or form. The driveway is long and not lighted, we had to use our phones to safely make our way down the driveway to the gate. There is no sign on the gate, only two doorbells. We rang one and an angry woman came to open the gate from one of the other houses. We should’ve known right then and there. The only good thing about this property was the two nice dogs. I am in the process of asking for a full refund and have pictures to prove the condition of the property. It should not be listed.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der angenehm eingerichteten kleinen Wohnung und der schönen grünen Umgebung. Nette Menschen mit denen wir allerdings nicht viel zu tun hatten.

Everything was fantastic, the garden is lovely and enjoyable! The hosts are funtastic! Will come again! Really good steakhouse nearby as well as mexican restaurant!

Nous voyageons avec des enfants en bas âge, nous avons trouvé un logement glacial qui a mis deux jours à chauffer. La moisissure sur les carrelages et les taches d'humidité sur les murs se marient à perfection avec le mobilier de mauvaise qualité. Les poils et cheveux des précédents locataires (jusque dans les éponges) agrémentent à perfection la déco. Le lit d'appoint pour une troisième personne est en fait un clic-clac de 70cm de large, le super confort quoi! De plus, vous apprécierez vous faire réveiller la nuit par les chiens des hôtes qui aboient sous vos fenêtres ou devant votre porte (pour nous 4 nuits sur 5, malgré que nous l'ayons fait remarqué aux hôtes la première nuit après le troisième réveil de nos enfants). Le coin de jardin réservé aux clients est le moins joli et le moins entretenu de la propriété. En gros.... Enjoy!!!

A pleasant Covid isolation.

Checking in, as we did, as Covid started to take hold in Portugal, we were relieved to find our booking honoured. Our host was gracious, and very helpful, evening doing some laundry for us. We stayed in the accommodation almost entirely, again Covid isolation, but the properties dogs were always glad to see us, wanted to play ball, and generally helped pass the time, keep our minds off the ongoing problems, and generally keep us sane. We spoke to our host every day, always at distance, of course, and he even, eventually, arranged for one of his friends to take us to Lisbon airport on the day we flew out. We have nothing but praise for the facility and our host and his family. We cannot wait to get back there in happier times.

Great place

We stayed at Casa do Hibisco 14 days and enjoyed every day. The property is well located central on the Portuguise riviera with good communication by train. The owners was great and always helpful and serviceminded.

Accueil très sympathique et très belle situation du studio.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. La situation du studio nous a permis de profiter de la ville de Lisbonne et accéder simplement au bord de mer. Le studio est bien confortable et l'ambiance générale est très sympathique .

Delightful! Perfect for my needs.

Spotless, well-equipped, comfortable, relaxing, wonderful hosts. I could go on and on and maybe I will. This flat served all my purposes; near enough to Lisboa with easy access to the train, parking (on street) for the car and day trips, convenient grocery shops, restaurants ( O Mira was great), afternoon naps, evenings on the terrace. Beach in walking distance but don't expect warm water! It is the Atlantic Ocean after all. Lovely evenings chatting with Afonso and Ana, throwing the ball for Cacau, tickling Joao's toes and much more. Dinner of Presunto, cheese and some figs from the trees in the garden (ask Afonso first before foraging). I can't have asked for more and will return on my next trip to Portugal.

Casa do Hibisco is a great place to base yourself if you want to explore this part of Portugal.

Afonso is a great host. Very welcoming and approachable. The house is really cute and fitted out for everything you’d need. The gardens are lovely and the whole place feels really serene. I’d absolutely recommend it.

Everything was just perfect.

The cottage was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay and to cook for ourselves. Owners are very friendly and helpfull. Location is very quiet, and a good starting point for sightseeing Lissabon and surroundings.

Just as advertised, immaculately clean, very secure and convenient to trains.

This I a very beautiful farm in a relatively empty dead end street. We were surprised how built up this section of the coast is. We thought it would more rural. Caiscas (Fado and hiking) and Belem (museums) were our go to cities, and Baco de Roca and Sintra for hiking. Best were Ana and Afonso, who had a new baby Juan, while we were staying, and were most helpful with all our needs. We thank them for letting us stay at this wonderful rental. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Abgesehen vom etwas rumpelnden Vorortzug ein hübsches Häuschen in einem sehr schönen Garten. Die Lage ist ideal zwischen Lissabon (ca. 25 km) und Sehenswürdigkeiten (Cascais, Sintra, Cabo da Roca) und Stränden (Guincho) am Atlantik. Sehr liebenswürdige Vermieter, die immer mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle sind. Hunde, Katzen und Hühner sind sympathische Mitbewohner dieses ehemaligen bäuerlichen Anwesens.

Charming and simple

Case do Hibisco is a sweet little appartement that serves all your basic holiday needs. It's clean and fresh inside with all the facilities required to cook as you much or as little as you decide to. Whilst the apartment is small, we had plenty of space for two adults and a toddler, anything more would be a squeeze with less space and furniture to go around. Afonso is a great host and did everything to make our stay easy and comfortable. He had great advice and recommendations for dinner, drinks, the weather, getting around etc... he even met us at the train station to guide us over! The location is really central to go to many places even to get down and walk along the coast into Cascais, provided you don't mind a short walk to the local train station - from there you can get everywhere very easily.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Die Unterkunft lag wie beschrieben auf einem schönen Grundstück am Ende einer Platanenallee. Die Nachbarn Nelson und Marta waren sehr freundlich und gaben uns einen Überblick über die Gegend. Die Terrasse neben der Wohnung lag so günstig, dass wir dort ungestört unter einem alten Platanenbaum Ruhe finden konnten. Mit der Zuglinie konnten wir unkompliziert und für wenig Geld auch abends nach Lissabon hinein fahren. Im Ort S. Pedro do Estoril hatte es uns die gute Küche von Boteco da Linha angetan. Fussläufig erreichbar waren aber auch einige Supermärkte, so dass man im Casa selbst kochen konnte. Sehr nah lag auchim Ort ein Sandstrand, wir aber haben in der Hauptsaison die weiten herrlichen Strände von Giunchy vorgezogen. Also kurzgesagt: Es war abwechslungsreich und wirklich schön!

Excellente situation, propriétaires très accueillants.

La maison est parfaitement située, à proximité immédiate de la gare qui permet d'accéder à Lisbonne et à la côte très facilement et rapidement. Elle est très au calme. Les propriétaires, qui parlent parfaitement anglais et français, sont très accueillants et font tout leur possible pour rendre le séjour agréable.
