The spaces are welcoming and well organized, designed to offer practicality and well-being throughout the entire stay.

The room includes a bathroom with shower and box, TV, mini fridge, coffee corner with coffee machine and microwave. It is also equipped with air conditioning to ensure maximum comfort in every season.

Guests can enjoy a shared outdoor area, perfect for relaxing moments in the open air. The property also hosts other rooms, while still maintaining a quiet and private atmosphere. Parking is available.

Important Notes:
Check-in: from 16:00 to 19:00. Arrivals after 19:30 are accepted with an extra charge of €40.00.
Check-out: by 09:00.
Linens: the apartments do not provide bed and bathroom linen. It is possible to rent them up to 7 days before arrival: €40 for a double bed, €20 for a single bed. Linen collection is only available at our office in Portoferraio.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property.
