Ideal for hikers and mountain bikers, countless paths lead from the picturesque village of Marciana towards the sea and up Monte Capanne. Beautiful, cosy, historical house, 3 storeys, renovated in 2023. In the centre of Marciana, in a quiet, sunny position in the residential district, 6 km from the sea, 6 km from the beach, in a pedestrian area. In the house: storage room for bicycles, washing machine (extra), heating available only from 01.Nov. - 15.Apr.. 200 m footpath to the house. Public parking 250 m on the road. Shop 100 m, supermarket 6 km, restaurant, bar 200 m, bus stop 400 m, ferry "Portoferraio" 23 km, sandy beach "Sant´Andrea" 7 km. Sports harbour 7 km, walking paths from the house 50 m, cable car 500 m. Nearby attractions: Marciana Marina 7 km, Procchio 13 km, Patresi 7 km, Sant´Andrea 8 km. Hiking paths: Monte Capanne -, GTE Grande Traversata Elbana 2 km, Madonna del Monte 500 m. The apartment is located in a zone with limited traffic. Located within the walls of the village.

Heating available only from 01.11. to 15.04. Small terrace. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the sea and the mountains. Facilities: iron, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free).
