Unika House – Lecco Nest with Green Terrace

Unika House is a cozy apartment located in a courtyard in Lecco, ideal as a starting point for exploring the lake and the surrounding mountains. The rooms are spacious and bright and include a living room with sofa bed, TV and dining area, a separate well-equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and everything needed to prepare meals, a full bathroom with bathtub, sink, toilet and bidet, and a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Thanks also to the sofa bed in the living room, the house can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people.
The real strength of the house are the two large terraces that offer two different and very pleasant atmospheres. The first, with access from the kitchen, overlooks the spectacular shape of Resegone, the symbolic mountain of Lecco made famous also by Alessandro Manzoni: a perfect space for enjoying a coffee in the morning or a moment of relaxation in the open air. The second terrace overlooks the courtyard of the courtyard and is furnished with a dining table, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners.
The house also has a convenient private parking space outside the ZTL, a great advantage for those who want to visit Lecco and move easily around the surrounding area.
The apartment is located in a semi-central area of Lecco, well served and convenient for reaching the city's main points of interest. The historic center can be reached in about 30 minutes on foot, while the lake and the characteristic district of Pescarenico are about 20 minutes away. In the immediate vicinity there is a bar around the corner, some restaurants and bistrots, and a grocery store. In the center of Lecco there are also many other restaurants, clubs and shops.
Lecco is a city where lake and mountains meet, creating spectacular views in every season. The lakefront offers beautiful walks with mountain views, while nature and sports lovers can easily reach hiking trails, panoramic itineraries and bike trails. Thanks to the strategic position of the city, it is also easy to visit Bellagio, Varenna, Bergamo, Milan and Valtellina, making Unika House an excellent starting point for discovering the territory of Lake Como.

City Tax: € 1,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 5 nights


Tourist tax: In accordance with local regulations, the Municipality may apply a tourist tax.
The tax must be paid prior to check-in, during the online registration process. The amount is calculated automatically by the system after entering the guest details.
Failure to pay the tourist tax, if applicable, may result in the cancellation of the reservation, as it is a mandatory requirement set by the Municipality.

Check-in: To receive the detailed instructions on how to reach the accommodation, it is necessary to complete the fast check-in procedure (guest registration, possible payment of the tourist tax, and contract signing).
The official check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
Access to the accommodation outside this time frame is not permitted unless previously agreed in writing and subject to the payment of an early check-in or late check-in supplement. Extra: Some extra services may incur an additional charge. In this case, you will need to request the service via text message before your arrival; if available, it will be added to your bill, and a payment link will be sent to you.

Arrival between 20:00 and 22:00 is subject to 20 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 22:00 and 00:00 is subject to 50 late arrival fee.
