This lovely, well-maintained unit had everything we needed to enjoy our week in Wailea. Very peaceful and accessible location. Nicer than the pictures show. Our family of 5 had a wonderful time here.

Nice, but...

We've stayed in various units at Grand Champions, but this was our first time in unit 90. It was pretty clean (supposedly had been completed just before our arrival, but there were also a fair number of dead bugs around the doors & windows upon check in). It was decorated beautifully, but had some of the most uncomfortable beds in any place we've ever stayed. Linens were well appointed, but the kitchen could use a MAJOR accessories boost (management helped with some of that during our stay as well). We had some mechanical issues (broken dishwasher) that was dealt with swiftly, but never quite made it up to our standards (it was full of mold & while we all tried cleaning it, we think it had penetrated all seals/plastic, etc...and we weren't comfortable washing our dishes in it. It also had a pretty awful, musty smellb

Aloha, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are glad to hear you found the condo beautifully decorated and appreciated the clean linens and the support from our team during your stay. We are also happy we could assist with some of the kitchen needs while you were here. That said, we are sorry to hear that a few elements of your stay fell short of expectations. Your comments about the beds, kitchen accessories, and the dishwasher have been noted by our team for further evaluation. We always want our guests to feel comfortable and at ease, and your feedback helps us identify areas where we can improve. If anything is ever missing or needed during your stay, please do not hesitate to reach out. We are always more than happy to drop off any items to help make your visit more comfortable. We truly appreciate your continued stays at Grand Champions and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a smoother and more enjoyable experience in the future.
