Great stay!

Property was an advertised and as photos show. We had everything we needed. There was only 1 dish towel in the kitchen. No dish cloths. We made do with paper towels. Other than that we had a great mom, daughter and granddaughter stay!

Family Friendly

We stayed a week in this condo. The location is great for access to plenty of restaurants and stores. The condo has the necessary supplies for us to cook meals as well. We loved waking up to the beach.

It was great!

Everything was great! I was worried that the kitchen would not have everything that I needed to prepare Thanksgiving dinner, but I was mistaken there was more than I need it we had a great Thanksgiving dinner they're probably the best one ever! I'll definitely be staying in unit 5c again!

Condo Great/Hurricane Sally not so much😁

The condo was wonderful. Great location. Had everything we needed for a great vacation. However...less than 48 hours after arrival Hurricane Sally decided to turn suddenly from a New Orleans landfall to a Gulf Shores. We checked out after 2 nights. The good folks at Poole and Associates refunded our unused 6 nights. We will be back to Driftwood Towers 5C in the near future.

Current online pics don't do it justice

This property still requires a key for entry, but the process for picking it up at the office was quick and smooth. Online pics need to be updated; they have painted and changed some furniture and decor. Easy access to the beach and pool from this unit. Our only true issue would be the size of the bathrooms. They are tiny compared to what we are used to and what we have experienced in other condos. Overall, a great place and as described in its ad.

Driftwood

This condo complex is older and not as clean as expected. The condo we stayed in was clean but not warm or inviting. It felt like a place run by a company instead of another human being. Everything seemed cheap and not welcoming. The one thing the place has going for it - is the close proximity to the ocean and the gorgeous view of the ocean and the moon on the water at night.

Place was nice and clean.. View of the beach was great

Our stay started off great, however, the 2nd day wasn't. We returned to our room to a stranger standing in the room (we locked the door). He said he was there checking the air conditioning. I called the realty place and they were unaware of anyone scheduled to come. I'm sure he was legit.. It just made us all uneasy since all of our wallets and meds we're just out in the open. A heads up that someone was coming would have been nice. The rest of the stay went smooth until someone stole our beach chairs that we placed in front of our door. We only left it out for about 5 mins (we didn't want to get sand all in the room) we went back to get them to clean the sand, and they were gone.

Nice condo. Kitchen was very dirty.

Dirty/crusty pot holders. Drawers dirty with unclean utensils. Dirty store bought containers and produce bags in cabinet. Sponge well used left in sink. The only soap in kitchen was for 1 load of dishes in the dishwasher. Dishes left in dishwasher. No extra condiments in kitchen. Outside table very dirty. I contacted property manager immediately and send pictures at check in. I have received no notification from them. You have to get and return the key at an offsite location in an office with others. The rest of the condo was really nice. The view was amazing.

4th of July 2022

Very nice time visiting my mom and sister and clan for the 4th of July weekend. Traffic was heavy but not as bad as it seemed. Ended up having a relaxing time and enjoyed the food down there. Shopping was great as well.

Family stay

Nice location and easy beach access. Nice lived in decor. Did not feel like the grandkids were going to break any fancy decorations. Very comfortable beds. Could have used a pack-n-play and booster seat or highchair for the infant but we brought our own. The appliances all in working order. Overall great place for the fall season price.
