Phoenix 1093- Welcome to Paradise!

Experience relaxation on your next BEACH vacation at this two (2) Bedroom, two (2) Bathroom, 910 sq. ft. condo unit that is located DIRECTLY on the beach and convenient to many restaurants and shopping.

Two (2) parking passes maximum allowed for this unit. $55 each to be purchased on site. Not included in reservation cost.

THE PROPERTY

Phoenix 1093 is located at the Phoenix 1 building in Orange Beach, Alabama. This unit was completely renovated in 2017 and is fully upgraded with all the extras you could want on your beach vacation. As you enter the property you immediately see the inviting plank tile hardwood floors. To your immediate left is the guest bedroom with beach decor, full/twin bunk bed, and HDTV. On your right you will find the guest bathroom with granite counter tops, new fixtures, and tile shower/tub combo.

As you continue on into the unit you will find the galley kitchen with white appliances, granite counter tops, and custom cabinets with easy close drawers. To the right is the chic dining area with a wooden dining room table with seating for eight. Just past the dining area is the living area with a sleeper sofa, coffee table, HDTV, and access to the private beach front balcony, with ample furnishings for you to sit and enjoy the waves.

Just off the living area is the master suite. Here you will find a cozy king bed, HDTV, and private master bath with granite counter tops, new fixtures, and shower/tub combo. The master suite also has its own private balcony access to view the beach.

Amenities include free WiFi, cable, and a fully equipped kitchen
The Phoenix complex comes with tons of amenities including: indoor hot tub, outdoor pool, kiddie pool with mushroom waterfall, racquetball court, tennis courts, basketball courts, shuffleboard, fitness center, business center, private beach access, gated access with security guard, and more. Access to indoor heated pool located in Phoenix III and Phoenix IV.

BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:

• RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.

• NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.

• AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

• CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.

• CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.

• MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.

• PARKING PASSES: Two (2) parking passes max. $55 each not included in reservation cost. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

• CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.

• WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

• RATES: Rates subject to change up until time of booking. Additional fees and taxes may apply.

Convenience
Would stay here again but some simple things like light could be upgraded or just changed. Simple things like instructions what the TV was connected to light switches being up or down wasn’t written anywhere so it took time to figure out why TV didn’t seem to be working and figuring out which light switches went to which lights were overly complicated.

Nice Getaway
This was our first time at Orange Beach and it did not disappoint. The condo was nice and we loved the view! The bed was too firm and the master bath has a few touches that needed updating (like an actual shower curtain). The kitchen was functional and again it would have been nice to have a better coffee maker and other utensils. The patio furniture was not comfortable and made it difficult to sit outside for any extended period of time. We loved the pool and beach access.

Overall, a great stay!
The location was perfect-- shops/restaurants within walking distance and the main drag of Gulf Shores is a quick drive/Uber ride. The unit itself was very clean and the bunk beds were perfect for a 13- and 7-year-old. The washer/dryer are full sized so that was definitely a plus. King sized bed in the master bed was comfy for a bigger couple and we appreciated the extra blankets. There are beach toys in the closet on the balcony too. You can get groceries and DoorDash to this unit which was awesome. I only gave the unit 4 stars because there were a few things that I felt frustrated by, but were essentially mild inconveniences. The kitchen came equipped with a set of steak knives and 2 bread knives, but no butter knives or anything for chopping or food prep. I had to buy a knife so I could cut veggies and meats. There wasn't a complete measuring cup set either so I found myself eyeballing a few things. It was really chaotic how the cookware was put away too--just no rhyme or reason to where things were stored. Additionally, the living room sofa sinks in--it could use some extra support or something under the cushions. The tubs/shower heads could use updating. My husband, who is 6'2", had to duck to get under the water properly. Overall, I would stay at the Phoenix again and probably even this unit again. I just think that a few updates would really have made all the difference. Beachball Properties was really easy to work with and I loved how communicative they are.

Great location
Great condo tastefully decorated, well laid out, nice sized patio to enjoy the sound of the waves. One recommendation is to invest in a foam topper for the King sized bed. Felt like we slept on plywood which proved to not be restful @ all.

First timers
We loved the orange beach area. With our condo right on the beach that made it even better. Amazing sun rises and sun sets were amazing. Our condo room was great, only comments we had that were negative was that it could use some updates with the kitchen utensils and some of the damages to the cabinet in the bathroom. Overall we had a great stay. Pool side was great for the kids when we got tired of the beach! Thanks again!
