Spanning approximately 178m² across three thoughtfully designed levels, Villa Alverionis features spacious interiors with natural stone walls, timber ceilings, and calming tones inspired by the surrounding landscape. The generous open-plan living and dining area creates a welcoming social space, while the fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, cookware, washing machine, and children's high chair, making longer stays as comfortable as home.



The villa accommodates up to eight guests across four beautifully appointed bedrooms, each furnished with a large double bed, complemented by four modern bathrooms featuring walk-in showers, complimentary toiletries, towels, and hairdryers. Two inviting living areas, air conditioning throughout, a fireplace for cooler evenings, streaming services, free Wi-Fi, and a selection of books, games, and entertainment ensure comfort in every season.



Outside, the private swimming pool enjoys spectacular panoramic views stretching across the sea and surrounding countryside. Spacious terraces and balconies invite guests to unwind with morning coffee or evening drinks, while the barbecue, outdoor dining area, and comfortable seating provide the perfect setting for leisurely alfresco meals beneath the Mediterranean sky. Villa Alverionis is conveniently located approximately 2.2 km from Loutraki Beach, around 17 km from Skopelos Town, its charming port and Folklore Museum, while Skiathos Airport is approximately 20 km away via ferry connections, making it an excellent base for exploring both Skopelos and neighbouring islands.



Families with children of all ages are welcome, with baby cots available on request and subject to availability. Pets may also be accepted upon request, with additional charges potentially applying. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Guests should note that towels or bed linen replacements may incur an additional charge where applicable. A refundable damage deposit of up to €250 may be requested after departure should any damage occur during the stay, in accordance with the property's damage policy. While no dedicated staff are permanently based at the villa, guests benefit from the support and assistance provided by the local management team throughout their stay.
