My profile indicates that I had two pets with me. Upon checkin I saw a sign that said no pets allowed. My booking should have been rejected. I tried calling the host but it listed a generic international number. I couldn’t contact the host. The front desk was busy and really couldn’t help. I have to fight to get a refund if possible. The travelers insurance may not approve my claim.

No receptionist around. Very argumentative. The towels and sheets were stained. I would’ve asked for a refund but I checked in the evening. Saw several cockroaches. The internet didn’t reach to the room they gave me. I complained but they didn’t care.
