On the ground floor, a generous living and dining room features an open-hearth fireplace, used for decorative purposes, and opens directly onto the garden. A large kitchen and living area is also found on this level, equipped with an oven, 4 gas rings, a kettle, a freezer, and a dining table, with its own exit to the garden as well. A shower room with WC completes the ground floor facilities.
The upper floor houses all 3 bedrooms along with 2 bathrooms. The first bedroom is fitted with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, and benefits from access to both the garden and the balcony. The second bedroom contains 1 set of bunk beds sleeping 2, with access to the balcony. The third bedroom is also appointed with 1 double bed of the same dimensions, 160 cm wide and 190 cm in length. Additionally, an open room on the upper floor provides 2 single beds each measuring 80 cm in width and 190 cm in length, as well as 1 further set of bunk beds sleeping 2. The upper floor bathroom is equipped with a shower, bidet, and WC.
