Spread over two levels, it features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one with washer and dryer), air conditioning throughout (wind-free systems in the bedrooms), central heating, and Wi-Fi suitable for video calls.



The private kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, espresso machines, ice maker, and more. There is a dedicated workspace. Two high chairs, a cot, a dressing room with changing table, and children’s toys are included.



Outside, you’ll find a large fenced private garden and spacious terraces with stunning views of the sea and mountains. There’s a pergola, gazebo, barbecue, wood-fired oven, swings, and slide—perfect for relaxing or dining outdoors. Five or six private parking spaces are available. One small pet is allowed.



For leisure, enjoy new ping-pong and table football, fitness equipment, infrared sauna, and a play area. An electric vehicle charging station is available for an extra fee.
