Recently renovated to a high standard, Welton Mews is a beautifully presented three-bedroom holiday home in the sought after area of West Cliff, tucked nicely behind the Metropole Towers in Whitby, just a short stroll from the beach. Sleeping up to six guests, this stylish property combines modern comfort with an excellent location, making it ideal for families, friends and couples looking to enjoy everything the Yorkshire coast has to offer.



Located on the first floor, the heart of the home is the spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, thoughtfully designed with tasteful décor, plush furnishings and an abundance of natural light. Whether you're relaxing after a day exploring Whitby or enjoying a meal together, this welcoming space is perfect for spending quality time with family and friends. Step out onto the balcony from the kitchen and dining area to take in lovely sea views with your morning coffee or evening drink.



Welton Mews boasts three beautifully furnished bedrooms. The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed, while the remaining two bedrooms are configured with twin single beds, offering flexible sleeping arrangements for both adults and children. One of the twin bedrooms includes a unique mezzanine layout, with the beds positioned on separate levels, creating a fun and distinctive space.

Parking is available in front of garage door. Parking on street is available too, but with a parking disc zone - these are only valid for 3 hours.

The Neighborhood:

Welton Mews is nestled in the coastal town of Whitby, close to the town’s famous clifftop seafront and North Promenade. The area is centred around Welton Court, a mainly residential neighbourhood characterised by low-rise apartment blocks, retirement accommodation, and established housing dating largely from the mid-20th century.



The neighbourhood is a peaceful, seaside, residential neighbourhood with an established community and attractive sea-side surroundings . Residents are within a short walk of the West Cliff area, beaches, coastal paths, and panoramic sea views. The town centre, harbour, railway station, and a range of cafés, restaurants, and independent shops are all accessible on foot or by a short drive.



Getting Around:

Whitby is a compact and highly walkable coastal town, making it easy to get around without relying heavily on a car. Many of the town's key attractions, including the harbour, beaches, town centre, and historic Old Town, are within comfortable walking distance of one another. The town's network of footpaths and promenades allows residents and visitors to enjoy scenic coastal routes while accessing everyday amenities.

Cycling is also an attractive way to explore the area, with access to a number of coastal and countryside routes. While some parts of Whitby feature steep hills, particularly between the harbour and clifftop areas, most daily amenities remain easily accessible.
