Tucked in the hamlet of Penmarth, this stone barn conversion is a great base for outdoor enthusiasts looking to explore Cornwall and anyone interested in day trips to Falmouth and the Eden Project. It has flexible sleeping arrangements so can welcome a group of friends, two couples or a family.

Enter the property to see a kitchen/diner and an adjacent lounge. The kitchen/diner receives plenty of natural light and has everything you could need for cooking up a feast or rustling up a picnic to enjoy on a walk. The lounge is cosy and completed with a TV and plenty of books, so it’s the perfect spot to unwind after a long day. Head upstairs to find the two bedrooms. They can be organised either twins or doubles (or one of each) to suit your requirements. Whichever way you choose, know that you’ll get a good night’s sleep in the comfortable beds. This property doesn’t have an enclosed garden but you can enjoy the great outdoors on the patio furniture outside.

Penmarth is a charming place and this property is nice and quiet. However, if you fancy a wonderfully camp and fun evening, visit Wayne & Wanda’s Retro Discotheque (0.5 miles away) for karaoke and DJ sets. Take day trips (and possibly sunglasses) to the Eden Project for outstanding botany or go to Falmouth (8 miles) for culture, shopping and marine life. Hikers should find plenty of walks around Penmarth, or could travel to National Trust Godrevy for sand, shorelines and seals.
