静かで、古い港とラロシェルビーチに近い。

Heerlijk appartement, centraal gelegen

We hebben een heerlijke week gehad in dit ruime appartement. Alles was aanwezig, zeer goed uitgerust en heel gezellig ingericht! Ook dichtbij al het moois wat La Rochelle te bieden heeft. We hebben de auto op een gratis parkeerplek (buiten het centrum) gezet en alles te voet gedaan of op de fiets! Dank voor dit zeer prettige verblijf!

Living as a habitant of La Rochelle

We loved our stay in the centre of La Rochelle. Everything we needed was available in the house. It was a beautiful house in the middle of the centre.

Greatly positioned accommodation just minutes from the harbour,Monoprix and Boulangeries and all tourist spots.Spacious with all the amenities one could wish for. Our contact was very helpful.

C'est la plus belle location que nous ayons eue jusqu'à présent : magnifique appartement (encore mieux que sur les photos), fonctionnel et spacieux (chacun peut s'isoler facilement), très bien situé (pour les visites, la plage, les restaurants, ...). Les propriétaires confient leur appartement très bien aménagé et décoré en toute confiance. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir dans cette location que nous recommandons (très bon rapport qualité / prix vu les prestations) !

Grand appart ,situation idéale au calme

Grand appart , bien situé, ensoleillé, bonne literie. Très bon accueil, nous avons même eu une bouteille de bien venu. Equipements ménagés en nombre mais hélas les locataires precedents n'ont pas correctement laver la vaisselle , nous avons du tout nettoyer au fur et à mesure. Légère odeur de renfermé ( certainement appart non loué durant l'hiver).

Good introduction, welcome. Nice flat, nice environment, nice holiday at all

Sehr gute Begrüßung und Einführung in das Objekt und die Umgebung. Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen, sie ist sehr stilvoll und geschmackvoll ausgestattet und hat einen sehr guten Schnitt. Wir können die Wohnung mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder, es war für uns ein sehr schöner Urlaub, vielen Dank !

A Very Good Stay

Excellent location, close to any attractions and great restaurants. Maria who met us was very accommodating with regards to meeting times and was also helpful with hints about the apartment and tne surrounding area. Parking was a bit of a pain but she was able to ake useful suggestions about this as well. The apartment was spacoius and actually there was one room we did not even go into. It waswell equipped but we did wish for some larger dinner plates or perhaps they were there and we just did not find them. There was so much much stuff in the apartment. The longer we stayed the more we appreciated the apartment. If we return to La Rochelle we will ask to use this space again. Regards, Roger

An oasis in La Rochelle

What an amazing apartment,,,felt at home the minute we arrived. Old world and decorated sympathetically to its surroundings,,yet had all the mod cons one could possibly need,,for example the wet room....a dream. The pictures of it on the website are good but it is even better in reality. Fantastic light shining in all day and so peaceful. The location is amazing. A short walk to the old port ,shops restaurants and beach,,and a beautiful park just down the road. Our stay in beautiful La Rochelle was fantastic but made al the better by having such a beautiful place to stay,,the best we have ever stayed in. And we are not forgetting the lovely Marie who was so welcoming and helpful who made sure we arrived safely,,even going to the bus station when we were late and arranging a taxi when we were leaving,,,a true lady. Monsieur Demidoff you should be very proud of your property and yourself for making it such a homely and relaxing place,,hopefully we will stay there again in the future Merci beaucoup Mary and John Lynch Ireland

Wonderful relaxing sunny week

Fabulous holiday in a fabulous destination. Apartment was lovely and in a perfect location. Can’t recommend it enough - comfortable and full of character. So much to do in and around La Rochelle I can’t fit it all in! Great food, sports, culture, history, walks, beaches, amazing natural history museum tucked away ... Next time I’d forget hiring a car and use buses, bikes and the train more - Saintes, Bordeaux, even Paris! Sad to leave

Au cœur de La Rochelle

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce grand appartement, parfaitement équipé, au cœur de La Rochelle et à deux pas du vieux port. Petit séjour familial au mois de décembre dans des pièces chaleureuses et joyeusement décorées. Tout est accessible à pied et il ne faut pas rater l'Aquarium. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Marie que nous remercions.

Beautiful apartment, lots of fascinating pictures and furniture. Very well equipped kitchen.

La Rochelle is a beautiful location and this apartment is in the heart of the city. Very close to the port and beaches. The harbour and town are delightful and there are endless places to eat. We were met at the apartment by Marie who welcomed us on behalf of the family. The apartment was beautifully clean and Marie was very helpful and gave us lots of helpful tips about taxis, walks, where to shop for food and how to contact her. It is a very 'french apartment' and this added to our stay. The photos on line certainly do the apartment justice. We would (and already have) recommended La Rochelle and this apartment to others.

BEL ET GRAND APPARTEMENT EN PLEIN CENTRE VILLE

Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits à la Rochelle dans cet appartement ; nous étions 5. L'appartement est très joliment décoré, parfaitement propre, très bien équipé, grand, chaleureux, aucune nuisance sonore (qu'est ce qu'on a bien dormi!) et très fonctionnel. Il est en plein centre ville, à 5 minutes du port. Le contact avec le propriétaire et avec Marie qui s'occupe de l'appartement en l'absence des propriétaires a été très facile et convivial. Difficile de se garer dans les rues de la Rochelle en centre ville mais il y a des parkings payants ou gratuits à proximité donc pas de problème. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à la Rochelle (jolie ville, reposante et animée en même temps) et en particulier avons apprécié notre lieu de repos qu' a été cet appartement et les conseils donnés par Mr Demidoff (parking, restos, ballades à faire..). Si nous revenons à la Rochelle, je ne chercherai pas un autre appartement! Bonne continuation.
