Positioned just a mile from Brixham’s centre, it’s easy to wander down to the harbour, stroll along Brixham Breakwater, and sample the town’s seafood restaurants and sea-view pubs and cafes. From the harbour, board the Western Lady and enjoy a cruise across the bay to Torquay (9.5 miles). The South West Coast Path passes nearby and leads to Paignton (5.5 miles) in one direction and the remote Man Sands (2.5 miles) in the other. Berry Head National Nature Reserve is just half a mile away, offering breathtaking coastal views and the chance to spot local wildlife. Other popular local attractions include Splashdown Quaywest, Paignton Zoo, and the Dartmouth Steam Railway (all within 6 miles).


Access the chalet via five external steps, where you are welcomed into a bright and inviting retreat. The kitchen/diner greets you and offers everything needed for a self-catered stay. Enjoy meals at the wooden dining table inside or alfresco on the picnic bench. Move through to the lounge area after each meal to sink into the soft seating, switch on the Smart TV, and start planning tomorrow’s itinerary. At the end of each busy day, retire to a choice of two restful bedrooms: a master double room and a cosy twin. Completing the property is a shower room that serves both bedrooms.


Outside, to the front of the property, a small patio area is furnished with a picnic bench and surrounded by grass, offering a peaceful spot for morning coffees and evening drinks. You’ll also benefit from off-road parking, making your arrival and day trips easy. Just half a mile away is the holiday park’s sister site, where you can enjoy a range of shared facilities, including an outdoor swimming pool, a fitness room and a bar/cafe.(additional cost and subject to seasonal opening times)
