Two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment for 4 in the gated Sol Andalusí resort, Alhaurín de la Torre: one bedroom with a double bed and one with two singles, and a large glass-enclosed terrace usable all year. Air conditioning, heating, fast WiFi, dishwasher and washing machine. The complex has 24-hour security, outdoor pools, tropical gardens, a lake, playground and tennis and paddle courts. Free parking inside the resort. Málaga airport 15 min by car, beaches 20-25 min, Málaga centre 30 min.



The Space:

Bedrooms: a main bedroom with a double bed and terrace access, and a second bedroom with two single beds. Both have wardrobes and air conditioning.



Bathrooms: two full bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a walk-in shower, stocked with toiletries and a hairdryer.



Kitchen: separate, fully equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee maker, opening onto the dining area.



Living room: sofa, TV and dining table for 4, with direct access to the terrace.



Terrace: the star of the apartment, a large glass-enclosed terrace with outdoor sofas and dining table, views over the gardens, and usable in any season.



Comfort: air conditioning and heating throughout, high-speed WiFi and everything you need for short or long stays.



Guest Access:

The whole apartment is yours, plus the facilities of the private Sol Andalusí gated community:



- 24-hour security at the gate.

- Two outdoor swimming pools surrounded by lawns and sun loungers, open in the summer season (in June: pool 1, by the pool bar, 11:00-21:00 daily; pool 2 from 13 June, 12:00-21:00; July-September hours are posted by the community). The pools have a turnstile and are accessed with the community wristbands; we will tell you where they are at check-in.

- Tropical gardens, a lake with walking paths, a children's playground and tennis and paddle courts.

- Free parking for one car inside the resort, a short walk from the entrance to the building.



The Neighborhood:

The resort is located in Alhaurín de la Torre, one of the most charming and peaceful towns in the Málaga province. It is a highly secure residential area that combines the peace of the mountains with close proximity to the coast. In the town center (just a few minutes' drive away), you will find excellent tapas restaurants, supermarkets, shops, and a very welcoming atmosphere.



Getting Around:

A car is the practical way to get around: Sol Andalusí is a residential resort outside the town.



- Alhaurín de la Torre centre (supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants): 5-8 min by car (4 km).

- Málaga Airport (AGP): about 15 min (12 km).

- Nearest beaches, Los Álamos / Torremolinos: 20-25 min (14 km).

- Málaga historic centre: about 30 min (22 km).



There are buses from the town centre, but the resort itself is best reached by car.
