広いリビングとダイニングルーム、モダンなキッチン、すべてのモダンな設備、含む。 乾燥機を備えた洗濯機（ボッシュとシーメンス）！
マスターベッドルームとセカンドベッドルームには、それぞれ専用のバスルームがあります。 マスターベッドルームはテラスの幅9メートルの窓の前にあり、フィットネス機器も備えられています。

リビングルームは、6人用の大きな楕円形のガラスのダイニングテーブルがあるこのユニークなテラスにも通じています。

アパートには、テラスを含む140平方メートルのリビングスペースがあります。

This place is to die for. The moment you enter you staring at the beautiful water. The windows all fold away opening the entire room to the amazing outdoors. Wolfgang met us at the sidewalk as we were dropped off, showed us to the room and took time to show us all we needed to know. He is so gracious!The place is spotless and is stocked with everything you will need for an extended stay. A/C works great. There is even a clothes washer if you need it. We had a car rental and found parking relatively easy to find a spot very near the entrance. Late afternoon/early evenings on weekends it is a bit more problematic but we still found a spot. The Malibu bar is really convenient. The food is just mediocre but adequate for a quick bite. If you go during the afternoon/evening ask for Chris. A delightful young man who will go out of his way to make your visit really enjoyable. (Tell him Pat and Linda said hi). Overall, you won’t find a nicer host, clean accommodations with a view like that. Simply amazing. This is truly a gem. Wonderful location, beautiful views. We stayed 10 days, four adults. Kitchen very well equipped, parking on the street but easy to get.Apartment very safe,security doors to building and into apartment. Lots of hot water,towels and the beach is right outside. Views are incredible. Restaurant near by was good. We had a car rental but short taxi or bus for groceries and into town. Wolfgang and Roberto wonderful to deal with. Showed us how everything works and we're very quick to respond. If you are headed to Spain you have to stay here.

What a fantastic choice of property

First time in Costa del Sol whilst not using a hotel and I can honesty say it’s exactly has advertised. The standard of property owned by Wolfgang and managed by Roberto is of a high standard. The location and views are amazing, plenty of restaurants and bars nearby and if you don’t want drive further out you can catch the bus for €1.55 to either Benalmadena or Fuerngorola. The marina around Benalmadena is excellent for high quality restaurants. We had trips to Mijas, Marbella, Puerto Banus and La Cala and all did not disappoint. The Apartment is fully equipped with everything you need and the air conditioning is a nice relief from weather during August. The views from the Apartment balcony are amazing and exactly like advertised, beach front. Roberto was excellent in communicating with us throughout but only when we needed any information, which was perfect. We wouldn’t hesitate to book the apartment again it was that nice. If I had one slight thing which could improve the stay would be a residents book with how to use the cooker/microwave, how to use other appliances and useful information on buses, places to visit, recommended restaurants, pools to use, how to use the room to room music system and much more. I think this would save and residents time working things out and help their stay be far more efficient. However this is improvement on an already fantastic venue for a holiday. Traumwohnung

Die Wohnung ist wundervoll, die Lage traumhaft schön und die Gastgeber Roberto und Wolfgang einfach perfekt. Es war ein gelungener Aufenthalt der Lust auf mehr macht, wir kommen wieder und können diese schöne Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen. Herzlichen Dank!!!

Top Lage und schönes Appartement

Wer erste Linie am Strand schätzt ist hier genau richtig. Man kann direkt vom Gebäude auf den Strand. Die Ausstattung ist auch sehr gut.

Hemos disfrutado de una semana de vacaciones en esta propiedad y sólo puedo decir que nos ha encantado. Tiene de todo, no falta detalle. La iluminación, la exquisita decoración, parece que el mar está debajo de ti....el propietario muy amable y pendiente de todo, la encargada igual de atenta...repetiremos sin duda y lo recomiendo totalmente, no me olvidaré de esas vistas al mar...

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Malibu. Das Appartement ist genau wie auf den Bildern, super ausgestattet und ein grandioser Blick aufs Meer. Wir waren überrascht wie wenig Betrieb am Strand war, trotz Hauptsaison. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen gerne mal wieder. Viele Grüße an Susana und Wolfgang☀️

Beautiful views!

The openness of this apartment to the sea is spectacular! So relaxing to have the breeze and sounds of the sea whenever you want it. We also appreciated that it was away from the most congested beaches and areas of town. Nice restaurants within walking distance and easy access to public transportation if you are relying on it. We had our own car. Parking was somewhat of an issue as there is no private lot, just street parking. We always found a spot, just not always as close to the building as we would have preferred. My only complaint, and it is a minor one, is that the couch and the furnishings in the smaller bedroom were not very luxurious. Otherwise, the apartment was very well equipped with anything that you may need.

Wir sind im wahrsten Sinne des Wortes "Weltenbummler" und kennen uns mit Unterkünften bestens aus. In diesem Fall wollen wir uns bei den Besitzern bedanken, weil das Apartment, die Umgebung und der berauschende Meerblick uns einen unvergesslichen Aufenthalt beschert haben. Lediglich ein paar Stunden von Deutschland entfernt..sind uns tatsächlich Karibikgefühle hochgekommen. Wir sprechen nicht sooft in Superlativen aber in dem Fall gern..in diesem Apartment haben wir die Costa del Sol von ihrer schönsten Seite erleben können und empfehlen es wärmstens weiter..Danke!!

Absolutely amazing !

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The pictures on the website look great but our expectations were exceeded on arrival. It is amazing & truly beautiful - everything has been thoughtfully & tastefully provided to the highest of standards. The location is excellent, next to the sea with unbeatable views & access to all the main places. We hired a car but there is a bus stop immediately outside offering a regular service & cheap fares. The owners (Wolfgang & Roberto) & Susanna were so helpful before & throughout our stay to ensure the that we had a wonderful stay. I hope we are able to visit again & would not hesitate in recommending this apartment to anyone looking to stay in this area. Andy & Cheryl.

EIN TRAUMURLAUB!

Nach einem angenehm kurzen Flug bestiegen wir unser Mietauto direkt am Airport und erreichten nach 15 Minuten unser Ziel. Die Überraschung war perfekt, als wir das Apartment betraten. Wie auf einem Ozean-Luxusliner fühlten wir uns empfangen. Viel besser, als die Fotos es uns versprachen. Der Hauslift brachte uns zum Sandstrand und wir genossen unsere Spaziergänge durch die reizvollen Naturbuchten und Lagunen! Am ersten Abend erlebten wir den Sonnenuntergang in dem sehr romantischen Restaurant BLANKKO ganz in der Nähe! Am nächsten Morgen wurden wir, noch im Bett, von einem traumhaften Sonnenaufgang geweckt! Unsere Ausflüge nach Sevilla, Granada und Ronda bleiben unvergesslich! Eine ganz besondere Entdeckung war MIJAS, eine Stadt, wie eine weiße Lilie an den Berg geschmiegt. EIN TRAUMURLAUB!
