This welcoming first-floor apartment has been thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable and relaxing stay, making it an excellent choice for families and groups.

Step into the bright living area, where comfortable seating and a TV create the perfect space to unwind after a day of exploring. The open-plan layout connects seamlessly to the dining area, where a table for six offers an inviting setting for shared meals.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware, cutlery, and modern appliances, including an oven and microwave, making it easy to prepare everything from a quick breakfast to a family dinner.

The apartment features three comfortable bedrooms. Two are furnished with double beds, while the third offers two single beds, making it ideal for children or friends travelling together. All beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Lastly, the bathroom is equipped with all the essentials needed to freshen up after a day of exploring, with fresh towels provided for your convenience.

Step outside onto the private side terrace, one of the highlights of the apartment. Complete with a built-in stone barbecue and an outdoor dining area, it's the perfect place to enjoy al fresco meals, morning coffee, or relaxing evenings in the fresh air.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests have exclusive access to the first-floor apartment, including the terrace with BBQ facilities and the entire living area, kitchen, and bedrooms.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A comfortable and welcoming apartment in Livramento, just a few minutes from the center of Ponta Delgada, offering the perfect balance between tranquility and convenience. Located on the south coast of São Miguel Island, guests are within easy reach of the city's restaurants, cafés, shops, and marina, while enjoying a peaceful residential setting.

The apartment is ideally positioned for exploring São Miguel's most iconic attractions, including the breathtaking volcanic lakes of Sete Cidades, the geothermal wonders of Furnas, and the stunning black-sand beaches and coastal viewpoints along the island's southern shore. It’s the perfect base for discovering the natural beauty, culture, and gastronomy of the Azores.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

As São Miguel Island does not have a railway network, transportation is primarily by car and bus.

The nearest bus stop is approximately a 2–3 minute walk from the property, offering regular connections to Ponta Delgada city centre, Lagoa, and other parts of São Miguel Island.

João Paulo II Airport (PDL) is approximately a 10–15 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
