Would recommend. Location is fantastic if your travelling through Euston station, comfortable and clean. Great value for : Great location. Very clean, comfortable and surprisingly spacious given everything that is in the room. Common theme as some other reviews, the room is very warm. An electric fan is provided which does help but you can still feel the heat. Can also hear every single footstep of the room above, no matter what time of night or morning it is. Very noise in that sense but thankfully I heard no loud talking or other noise.

Great stay but avoid during a heatwave : I really liked how clean and accessible the property was. Great location and the facilities were fantastic! Finished to a high standard. Due to the heatwave the rooms were very like a Sauna and the fans didn’t help. I did reach out to staff regarding this and did mention before arriving if reasonable fans would be available to cope with the heat. Unfortunately nothing could be done but I would suggest freestanding air conditioning units to be provided when temperatures are unbearable. The top room in the roof was extremely uncomfortable due to the lack of air circulation. The shower set in the bath is awkward but managed but other than could not fault the property.
