キャビンはヒューロン国有森林の10エーカーに位置し、何マイルもの未開発の連邦地帯に囲まれています。この設定は、23マイルに指定された国の風光明媚な川の最初のストレッチであるAusableの非常に風光明媚な部分にあります。敷地内には無数のそびえ立つ古い成長マツがあり、森から切り出されています。釣り旅行、家族での休暇、または静かな自然の隠れ家に理想的な場所です。

キャビンは後ろに座り、川を見下ろします。木を通って川の端まで曲がる短い道があります。 2つの火ピットがあります、1つは川の端の隣に位置し、もう1つはキャビンの前にあります。敷地内には、庭遊びや森を散歩するのに十分なスペースもあります。

キャビンは4500平方フィートで、合計5つのベッドルームと4つのフルバスルームがあります。 2つの浴槽と1つのハーフバスがあります。マスターベッドルームにはシャワーと浴槽付きの専用バスルームがあります。マスターはまた、美しい窓の景色とキングベッドを持っています。シャワー付きの専用バスルームがある別の寝室があります。このベッドルームにはシングルベッド2台とテレビ付きのリビングルームがあります。 2つのベッドルームにはそれぞれダブルベッドがあり、1つのベッドルームには2つのクイーンベッドがあります。

We consistently return to the river house annually (and sometimes more than that). It is an incredible piece of property with even better hosts. I've never seen a property equipped with so much. Spacious, beautiful, comfortable, and serene are just a few words to describe the River House.Unpack and enjoy! This is truly special.

The river house was the perfect location for our family retreat celebrating the life of our mother.

Phenomenal place to relax and/or recreate on the Ausable River. Our family spent most of our time on the deck and in the dining room eating and telling stories. We also spent some time on the river and had a campfire one night. I hope we have an opportunity to stay there again.

Amazing Stay

Awesome place for a getaway!

Awesome cabin on the river! All the amenities you need with access to the river. Super close to Hinchman Canoe rental and on the 4.5 hour float you pass by the house about halfway. Would recommend to anyone looking for a weekend away!

Perfect, as always!

Always perfect

Yet another stay for our group at The River House. Everything is clean and wonderfully kept. The house is huge and the beds are comfortable. They have everything you need here for a wonderful time away. We couldn't recommend it higher!

Perfect for a getaway

This property is better than advertised. The house is huge and nice, the property is secluded and scenic, and the river is as advertised. Clean, stocked, and generous with wood/supplies makes the stay that much easier. We will be returning again, and again!

Beautiful house

House was very clean. Right on the river and close to town and other activities. This house was very well stocked with two or three of everything you might possibly need. Would definitely go back.

Peace on the river

This is our second stay at this location. We knew what to expect the second time and were still amazed at the quiet beauty this place offers. Spacious enough wher four different adult groups had privacy but cozi enough to create more lasting memories. Owner is very attentive and communicates well.

Birthday Celebration

Had an amazing time at the River House. It was a classic Michigan summer vacation. Home is beautiful and better than pictures showed. It was great for my wife and I, adult children and grandchildren. Would definitely stay again. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

Great house in a great location

Eight friends stayed here for the the third year in a row. Keegan's place is big and beautiful, with plenty of space for everyone. Nice secluded location on the Ausable River. Keegan is an awesome host, who supplies everything needed to have fun and relaxing time. Thank you again and will be talking to you next year.
