The villa is next to the sea only a 100 metre stroll down the path next to the Villa.

It is fully equipped to a very high standard including Air Conditioning throughout, A 9 x 4.5 metre pool with steps in the shallow end so you can relax and let the water ease away your cares.

The front door opens into a spacious open plan living area comprising the lounge; dining area and kitchen.

There are full length patio doors at the back of the open plan living area that offer magnificent views over the pool and down to the sea.
The lounge and dining area are tastefully furnished with modern furnishings including a 42 inch LCD TV and DVD Player.

The kitchen has all the conveniences that you would expect including Built in Oven,Hob,Washing Machine,Fridge Freezer,Microwave and Dishwasher and ALL Utensils,Crockery,Glassware and Cutlery that you will need for your stay.

There is a Toilet/Cloakroom on the ground level.

In the Living room area:

The glass sliding doors from the open plan living area lead out to a large covered veranda and patio for those who like to sit in the shade. The garden furniture includes an 6 seater table and chairs and 4 sun loungers ; there is a poolside shower with hot and cold water. The pool measures 9 x 4.5m with views to the Sea.In its own spacious private garden.

From the main living area, you walk up the marble staircase to the upper level.

The upper level comprises of three double bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 is fitted with a king size bed. This room has its own en suite shower room and toilet.

The bedroom has full length glass sliding doors which open out onto a balcony area with gorgeous views of the sea ideal for sitting and watching the sun go down in the evenings.

There is a king size bed;en suite shower room and a fitted wardrobe for your storage needs

Bedroom 2 is fitted with a King size bed and furnished with built in wardrobes with access to the Balcony and the same breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea.

Bedroom 3 this bedroom has a small double bed and It is furnished with built in wardrobes a private Balcony with views to the Majestic Stavrovouni Mountain over the Horizon
