The Space:

With a private pool, stone interiors, and Kokkinos Pirgos Beach just 2 minutes away, this two bedroom stone maisonette is designed around private pool living, light interiors, and easy access to the sea. Outside, the pool sits directly in front of the villa, creating a relaxed private area for morning swims, sunny afternoons, and outdoor meals close to the water. The terrace includes outdoor furniture, lounge space, and an outdoor shower, so beach and pool days flow naturally.



Inside, the ground floor opens into a bright living and dining area with stone walls, natural tones, and large glass doors facing the pool. The turquoise seating adds colour to the space, while the sofa bed gives extra flexibility for guests. The dining area sits beside the kitchen, keeping the main living space open and sociable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay.



Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms with double beds and clean, calm decoration. The front bedroom opens toward the sea side of the villa and brings in soft coastal light, while the second bedroom has a mountain outlook from the back. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom with a modern shower, and an additional WC on the ground floor adds comfort throughout the day.

Kokkinos Pirgos Beach is 150 metres from the villa, a long sandy coast with pebbles, beachside cafes, tavernas, and swimming access. Katalyki Beach is around 1 km away, an organized sandy and fine pebble section with sunbeds, umbrellas, and water sports. Further along the coast, Afrathias Beach has coarse sand, pebbles, rocky seabed sections, and a natural coastal feel, while Kalamaki Beach further away features golden sand, a seafront, and space for walks. Kommos Beach is around 13 km away, a wide sandy beach with dunes, tamarisk trees, and remains of the ancient port of Phaistos near the shore.
