At the heart of the property is the double-height living room, opening directly onto the garden through a dramatic panoramic window. The house sleeps up to 5 guests and is especially suited to couples, families and small groups of friends looking for privacy and tranquillity. Despite its secluded countryside setting, it is also a convenient base for discovering Morrovalle, Macerata, Recanati and the Adriatic coast.

From the moment you enter, the house stands out for its unique character and its close connection with the surrounding landscape. On the ground floor, the living area unfolds as a large open space with high ceilings, exposed beams and brick walls. The striking arched window frames the hills like a picture and fills the room with natural light.



The living area includes a comfortable sofa, Smart TV and a single futon that can be used as the fifth sleeping space. On cooler days, the fireplace adds warmth and atmosphere. The dining area, with a large table for shared meals, flows into the equipped kitchen, whose warm wooden cabinetry perfectly matches the country-loft style of the house.



A distinctive spiral staircase leads upstairs to the sleeping area. The double bedroom is generous and full of character, with exposed brick and wooden beams, while the second bedroom features two single beds and a large arched window overlooking the countryside. Both rooms are designed for quiet, restful nights.



The property includes one full bathroom with shower and a second service bathroom with a washing machine, especially practical for longer stays. Wi-Fi, Smart TV, internet access and air conditioning complete the amenities.



Outside, the private garden follows the natural shape of the surrounding hills. The pool and sunbathing area are set among greenery, with loungers for lazy afternoons in the sun. A dining area in front of the house is perfect for open-air meals, while the barbecue is made for relaxed dinners with family and friends. Private parking is available within the property.

The property lies in the countryside around Morrovalle, surrounded by cultivated fields, olive groves and rolling hills. It is a peaceful and secluded setting, yet it still offers an excellent base for exploring this part of Marche.



The historic centre of Morrovalle is worth discovering on foot, with its traditional streets, historic buildings and views over the countryside. Nearby places of interest also include the Sanctuary of Santa Maria dell’Acquasanta and the Selva di San Francesco, a pleasant area for a walk in nature.



Easy day trips include Macerata and its famous Sferisterio, Recanati, closely connected with the poet Giacomo Leopardi, and the Fiastra Abbey Nature Reserve, where a historic Cistercian abbey stands within a protected natural landscape.



For a day by the sea, Civitanova Marche offers beaches, a seafront promenade, restaurants and cafés. The location therefore makes it easy to combine lazy pool days with visits to hilltop towns, cultural landmarks and the Adriatic coast.



Please note that the final approach to the property includes a short section of unpaved country road. This is typical of the rural setting, and we recommend driving slowly, especially on your first arrival.
