Villa Alisso is a lovely villa with a private swimming pool, located in the Macerata area of Le Marche. The nearest shops and restaurants are in Petriolo (3 km), and Civitanova Marche, about 20 minutes away by car, has nice sandy beaches. In July, Macerata (8 km) hosts an annual opera festival, and the villa is within easy driving distance of the Fiastra Abbey Nature Reserve and the Monti Sibillini National Park, where you can mountain bike, ride, climb, and more.

Villa Alisso (200 sqm) develops over one level. While the owners live on site, Villa Alisso has a separate entrance and a private area with a pool and garden that is exclusively for guests.

The villa includes a living room (with sofa, TV, and DVD player), a dining room (with table seating 8) and a well-equipped kitchen. In the sleeping area, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with shower), two double bedrooms (with double beds), one twin bedroom (with two single beds), one bathroom (with tub) and one bathroom room (with shower and washing machine).

Outside you will find a private garden with a swimming pool (11m x 5.5m) with a sun terrace, an outdoor shower, outdoor lounge and eating areas and a barbecue.
