Crethion is a three-storey villa in a privileged location in Atsipopoulo.

It offers 730sq.m. of modern, minimalist design with an emphasis on comfort and the holiday experience.
All essential amenities are located nearby, while the picturesque Old Town is just 3.5 kilometres away.
It comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests in 5 spacious bedrooms, with the possibility of hosting up to 14 guests upon request.


The Crethion Villa fully complies with all required quality and safety specifications and operates in full compliance with the applicable Greek legislation.

All floors of the accommodation are served by stairs and an elevator.

— Bedroom 2: Large double bed, dimensions (1.60 x 2.00 m), independent air conditioning, wardrobe, and window with view.
— Bedroom 3: Large double bed, dimensions (1.60 x 2.00 m), independent air conditioning, wardrobe, and balcony door with access to the balcony.
— Bathroom 2: A modern and fully equipped bathroom serving Bedrooms 2 & 3, featuring a shower, toilet, and washbasin, designed to provide comfort and convenience for everyday use.
— Dedicated Workspace: A fully furnished private office with a professional desk, ideal for remote work, business tasks, and video meetings.

— Private indoor heated* pool 35 sq m (0.80 - 1.40 depth).
*The pool heating system is available at an additional charge of €80 per day and can be activated for the entire stay upon request, with at least 3 days' advance notice.
