✔ Type of stay:
The property is offered exclusively as a seasonal rental under Article 3.2 of the Spanish Urban Leases Act (LAU). It is not intended as a permanent residence and is not offered as tourist accommodation or as a hospitality service.

The stay must be based on a specific temporary need, such as:
• work or a temporary professional assignment;
• studies or training;
• medical reasons or recovery;
• renovation work at the guest’s permanent residence;
• family reasons;
• other circumstances that justify a temporary stay in Madrid.

Before confirming the booking, guests will be asked to provide the reason for their stay. The stay will be formalised through a seasonal rental agreement stating the duration, reason for the stay and agreed conditions.
