Casa Oris is a graceful two-story townhouse in a quiet position, situated a few miles from the shores of Lake Como. It sleeps four people. From Casa Oris you will enjoy a view of the mountains and of the surrounding buildings. Casa Oris is 65 square meters (700 square feet). It features a shared patio and a reserved outdoor area.
You will be approximately 200 meters (660 feet) from Livo. You will find the closest restaurant at 300 meters (990 feet), a grocery store at 9 km (roughly 5.6 miles), the bus stop at 650 meters (roughly 710 yards) and the closest beach (Mazzagallo beach) at 8.5 km (roughly 5.3 miles).
You will reach Casa Oris from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Casa Oris, you will need a car (or you may consider using private drivers). You will be able to park your car on the premises, free of charge in a parking space. The parking space is suitable for at most one car.

The patio is 40 square meters (430 square feet) large. It is partly shaded. It is equipped with a table, chairs and a sun umbrella. The patio is shared with guests staying at two nearby apartments, and there will be an area reserved for your exclusive use.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with terracotta tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable, and include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, an Italian-style coffee-maker and an American-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate four guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio through a French door. The room also has a window.
First FloorBedroom
You will be able to enter the bedroom through an access area. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a balcony through a French door.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.
