Thank you for the 5-star review. Sunrise is a condo gated community in the heart of Tamarindo, right across the street from the beach, with easy access to everything within walking distance. Unit 8 is a 2 BDR condo on the 4th floor -there is an elevator in the building- One room has bunkbeds so it is perfect for families with kids. The condo has a/c in every room, a full kitchen, hot water, cable tv, internet and washer/dryer. The property offers a free parkinf spot for one car, security the 24 hours of the day and shared pool too.

GREAT location, thoughtful welcoming gifts. Well equipped. (Some pots and pans could use replacing as most were non stick so getting “tired”. We didn’t mention it’s during our stay because we easily made due with the large stainless pan and other supplies that were there.)Good amounts of everything else. Nice pool, safe and secure. Would stay again and recommend to friends.

Thank you for staying at Sunrise 8. This great complex is located across the street from the beach, downtown Tamarindo, within walking distance to the shops and restaurants. The complex is very quiet, with free parking, nice common areas, and a shared pool. The condo is on the 4th floor (there is an elevator in the building). It does not really have an ocean view, but you will enjoy the view of the pool area. The condo is comfortable for a small family or friends. It has 2 BDR's, 2 BTHR's, a full kitchen, cable TV, internet, BBQ, a washer, and a dryer.

Thank you for choosing to stay at Sunrise 8. If you are looking for a quiet place, close to town and to the beach, and safe for kids, this is it! Sunrise is located in the heart of Tamarindo, across the street from the beach. No need ot rent a car unless you want to explore more of the surrounding areas. The complex has security 24 hours a day, free parking, and a nice shared pool, kid-friendly. Unit 8 is a comfortable 2 BDR condo on the 4th floor. There is an elevator in the building. It is a great unit for families with kids or friends. Fully equipped with a/c in every room, a full kitchen, internet, cable tv and washer and dryer.

Sunrise is located in the heart of Tamarindo, across the street from the beach and within walking distance from the shops and restaurants. It is a gated community complex, with security on site the 24 hours, nice grounds, parking spots for every unit, and a beautiful kid-friendly shared swimming pool. The condos are comfortable and cozy for families and friends. They all come equipped with air-conditionning, cable TV, internet, washer and dryer, and a kitchen.

Nice spacious condo across from the beach. Me, my wife and two kids really enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and had everything we needed for a one week stay.

Located din the heart of Tamarindo, it is an easy and quick walk to the beach and to the shops/restaurants. The complex is secured with 24 security on site, a free parking area, and a nice shared pool. The condo 8 is on the 4th floor with view to the pool. Comes well equipped an very comfy with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, internet, cable tv, air conditioning and laundry amenities.

Really good home base for Costa Rica vacation

Property has a nice pool and great location. It's right in the heart of Tamarindo which has a nice surf beach. It's not the prettiest town but has lots of food options. Condo isn't the most luxurious but it all works. Bunk bed in kids room is very high and doesn't have a safety rail or a ladder that we saw.

Sunrise is located right in town, across the street from the beach, and ideal for walking everywhere without needing a vehicle. The complex has a 24 hour security on site, a nice shared pool and grounds. The unit is not a luxury one, still very cozy for families and friends. Thank you for the note on the bunk bed. Spacious w obstructed view of beach

The place was nice and clean and cooled on arrival. It is dated which you can tell by photos but has everything you need. Master bath has no real room for toiletries so we used a stool and the coffee make absolutely needs to be replaced! Took forever to make a pot and the pause and serve feature no longer works. We enjoyed the patio where one of of use could sit to see the beach. Management company was good with communication and we enjoyed many restaurants around town. Tamarindo was a great experience.

It is just perfect if you do not plan on driving as you are within walking distance to the shops and restaurants too. The uinti is cozy. It is not a modern or luxury condo but great for a relaxing beach vacation. Our concierge team is available 7 days a week to assist with anything you need. We also have an emergency line after office hours to bring support if needed.

Excellent location and communication

There were small things like the stove being broken and no water on the last day for a period but overall a great stay. A little grungy and can use some updating. Would be nice if they provided pool floaties or something similar. But still a great time!

Our stay was very nice. Kitchen fully equipped with cooking equipment. Bbq worked well. There was no bbq brush, but it could have blown away. Sometimes big winds come up, but it dries your clothes quickly, if you tie them down. Everything was as advertised. Lots of swimming towels ready to go.

The premises are bice with a very nice family style shared pool, parking area and 24 hour security on site. The unit is on the 4th floor (there is an elevator). It has good space for a family or friends. Equipped kitchen, a/c, internet, and maid service for stays above 4 nights... it is the perfect place to enjoy the beach and the Tamarindo resort for fun and relaxing vacations at the same time!
