Located at the heart of Tamarindo and only a short walk away from the beach, this small gated complex is close to shops, restaurants, entertainment spots, yet far enough to enjoy peace and privacy. Newly remodeled, this spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms unit located on the 2nd floor of Balcones del Pacifico, can accommodate up to 5 guests. The master bedroom has a California king-sized bed, as well as a comfortable double size futon that can accommodate 1 extra guest. The master bedroom also has a private en-suite bathroom for added convenience and privacy. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. Both bedrooms carry ample closet and drawer space with towels and linens including beach towels and a beach mat for your use. Amenities include air conditioning in bedrooms and living room, reliable wifi, washer in unit, a safe to store your personal items, and TV with cable and google chrome to enjoy your favourite movie apps. The well stocked kitchen space makes cooking meals a breeze or bringing in takeout an option. The private terrace provides an unobstructed view of the garden, a large beautiful pool with wonderful palm trees. This vacation rental is the perfect space for a memorable and relaxing vacation, great for couples or small families with a maximum of 5 guests(6 if kids). The complex consists of 22 units, spread out between 4 towers and 3 floors. Guests must use stairs to access the upper floors as there are no elevators in the complex. This is a very family-oriented, quiet and peaceful complex and once you arrive, you will never want to leave! You will always have something to do in Tamarindo. This small town offers many great dining choices from local cuisine to fine dining- you will never run out of dining options. If you like to stay busy and active, there are many activities to enjoy here, such as horse back riding, surfing, day trips to rincón de la vieja (active Volcano) or day visits to many nearby beaches and much, much more! There is something for everyone to enjoy in beautiful Tamarindo! We will be more than happy to recommend a few reputable tour companies that can help you with your tour needs. Since the complex is centrally located, a car is not required to enjoy all the attractions Tamarindo has to offer. We can arrange airport pick up and drop off for a fee if needed. We work with a reputable tour company that will offer competitive prices. Uber and taxis are also available at the airport for transportation to the Condo. If you do have a car, free parking is available on site with overnight security. Come and experience Tamarindo-the perfect place for beach, fun and stunning sunset views!

We had a great stay here. The condo was clean, comfortable and had what we needed. The beach chairs and umbrella were a wonderful addition. The owner was responsive, the condo attendants- parking guard and pool/lawn maintenance were both pleasant everyday. Very easy walking distance to beach and Main Street yet quiet. Definitely recommend this stay!

Parking was very convenient and there is a security guard always nearby. The entrance to the actual property is gated which provides another layer of security. The location was very quiet yet close to everything needed.....beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. Host was very responsive to any inquiries and help required.

Location!

The check in instructions were clear and easy which is appreciated after having had many other rentals that seem to be a hassle to get into. The condo was clean and had a perfect setup for our family with a king bed and 2 singles plus 2 baths. The location is fantastic in close proximity to all Tamarindo has to offer - restaurants, shops, and beach. I would highly recommend!

Charming stay in Tamarindo

Property was very conveniently located; close enough to beach & shops to make going/coming several times a day super easy yet quiet in the evenings. Apt was comfortable enough for up to 4 adults, well appointed with extra towels and even beach towels and beach umbrella! A very nice touch. Communication with hosts was quick. Would definitely consider again next time we're in Tamarindo.

Lovely Space, Excellent Location

This is a lovely condo with all amenities we required to enjoy our stay. The complex has a very nice pool. It's just a 5-minute walk to the beach and shopping. Saturday market is located just around the corner. Tatiana & Manuel offered great tips and were very responsive to all our communications. Enjoy Tamarindo!

A perfect getaway

This truly is a hidden gem. The location is central to shops, restaurants and most importantly the beach! Despite its proximity to all that Tamarindo has to offer it was very quiet to sleep. The apartment is spacious and well equipped so we could cook some meals. A bonus is the king bed in the master bedroom and a second bathroom to not have to share with the kids. We made great use of the pool as well.

Didn't have hot water to begin the trip, but the owners were able to fix it when they received notice from us. When we arrived, there was a strange stain on one of the beds that soaked through to the mattress. They sent someone to wash the sheets.

Hidden Gem Tamarindo

Excellent location with a very short walk to the beach. Centrally located in the heart of the town, you can walk everywhere! Surrounded by shops and restaurants but quiet at the building. Well maintained pool and grounds. Three air conditioners so you can adjust the temperature in each room which was fantastic. Had everything you need for your stay - well equipped kitchen, beach towels and chairs. Very clean! Stayed here at the start of our trip and liked it so much returned again to stay for a second time. I would stay here again if I return to Tamarindo. Excellent response time from owner who offered advice about the area and things to do.
