The kitchen includes a dishwasher, while a washing machine is also available for guests' convenience. The villa is fully air-conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi throughout.

Outside, guests can enjoy the villa's spacious and beautifully maintained private grounds. The highlight is the 7 × 3 m private infinity pool, perfectly positioned to take in the panoramic sea views.
