Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I just got back from a stay in this room. The stay was fantastic the room looked exactly as it did in the pictures. The only complaint I have and it is very minor, there was some sand and dust bunnies behind the night stands in one of the rooms. I could definitely look over it because it is easy to leave things like that behind. Other than that the room was emaculate. The gentleman cleaning the pool every morning was always pleasant and spoke every time we passed him. We ate at a few new restaurants when we were down this time. Of course Pineapple Willy's will always be a choice when we are down for a visit, but we also ate at Fords in Pier Park and the food was delicious, it took a bit to get our food but only being open for a few weeks it was a great experience. We also ate at Sharkey's and Harpoon Harrys for the first time. Our service was terrible at Harpoon Harrys, I could understand being a little neglected if they were super busy, but we went before the dinner rush so they were not that busy, but the food was good. Overall we had a wonderful stay and will definitely come back in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Immaculate views and location! Customer service for Marisol was top notch & so friendly. Very accommodating when I needed a later checkout. Unit was spotless. I gave 4 stars for the amenities of the unit - as there wasn’t any hand soap, kleenex - they request to put dishes in the dishwasher and start it , however no detergent pods. Minor things I was able to take care of myself! This will now be my forever “go to” spot when visiting Panama City!!!!

Fyi tell renters the baggage carts aren’t on ground floor and location of trash bins and ice machine and let them know where to park for unloading otherwise all was well thank you for the experience!

Great Visit

My husband and I took our son and his friends on a graduation trip. This place was clean and in a great location. I am very picky about where I stay but I will definitely stay here again. The outside of the building doesn’t give it justice once you walk in the door. I was a little worried at first after receiving a call saying one of the elevators would be down during our stay and everyone would have to use one, but that was not the case. We arrived to see both elevators were fully functional. The only thing I did not like is that housekeeping arrived 15 minutes before checkout. I’m the type of person that wants to stay every minute of what I paid for. Needless to say they had to wait outside until 10am lol Other than that it was a very nice place to stay.

Great location!

Condo was very nice and tastefully decorated. Washer/dryer/stove need updated. Stayed for a month. Would definitely stay here again but found out the unit was already rented for the following year same day we checked in. Very disappointed!

Great place….great views

Loved condo….please be more descriptive of appliances in kitchen…seen no mention of blender or coffee maker and we ended up bringing with us unnecessarily.

Good but could have been way better

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was more like a hotel stay. Any condo I have stayed at at least had salt and pepper, extra garbage bags, butter knives. If I would have known I needed to bring that stuff I probably wouldn’t have booked my stay there or been more prepared. If you’re renting out a condo for 10 people for a week I’m sorry but I believe they need more than just the garbage bags that was in the 2 cans. Not worth the money I spent. And the furniture was gross. Pictures definitely are outdated

Great family vacation

My brother’s family and I stayed a week in Marisol 802. It was a great time. There were 11 of us. We had plenty of room. The view was great. The condo was clean and well maintained. Our only complaint was that the dryer did not dry the clothes well. Had to go through three cycles to get dry and that was not large loads. We made due. Other that it was Great!

Beautiful view

My husband and I rented this unit for us, our daughter and her husband, and our three grandchildren. The best thing about this property is definitely the view. Second best: the elevators. There are two, they are clean and there was never a long wait. This is fairly spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. However, the bedroom with the bunk beds is quite small. If you pull out the trundle bed, you can’t use the dresser drawers and the door won’t open all the way. Also, the whole bunk bed itself is very wobbly and unstable. We were cautioned to not have anyone over 100# on the top bunk, but with my 60# grandson on the top, it was still wobbly. I don’t think it is safe. There are three TVs and numerous remotes, but no directions, so they were unusable. We submitted a list of “issues” we found with the unit to vrbo and the property mgmt company. Being a holiday weekend we did not expect to have anything repaired. These were mostly housekeeping and maintenance issues. They need to do a better job of inspecting the units before they are rented. Very disappointed. This part of Panama City Beach is right in the thick of things, so it was quite noisy for us. People like to drive along Front Beach Blvd at all hours of the night blasting their radios and showing off their loud mufflers. That’s not the quiet, relaxing environment we were hoping for. If you like that sort of thing, this might be the perfect place for you.

Loved Staying Here!!!

We enjoyed staying here a lot!! It was clean, very nice, and had a gorgeous view. We did have some wifi issues but the property helped us out. The only other issue was upon arrival, the condo smelled a little funky and we discovered throughout the trip that the vents might be connected to other condos. Throughout the week, we smelled different smells from like burnt food to smoke smell which is unfortunate for asthma. If you have it, I’d just keep your inhaler handy. Other than that, we’d love to stay again!! (:
