Our Spring break with family..

Our stay at this location was amazing! I would have to say that this was one of our best bookings we have had. The unit was very clean & spacious. Everything was very well stocked & it was very cozy & comfortable! Omg the rooftop was very breathtaking & peaceful. We will definitely be booking this unit again for our future plans. Thanks for a wonderful Spring break for my family!

Spring Break Vacation

First time to the area and we absolutely loved it! The condo was just as described! Everyone enjoyed the view and we even got to enjoy the jets flying overhead! The heated pool was great to have since we only got to go to the ocean one day with every other day having double red flags! The staff was extremely nice and helpful

30th bday trip

6 adults stayed for a 30th birthday trip. The room was clean, but I’d ask house cleaning to move the large dining table to clean under more often. We had towels, etc on each bed when we arrived. We were able to request a 3rd parking pass, in the outdoor over flow parking when we arrived. The balcony is beautiful. The pool was shaded until after lunch due to the sun rising behind the condo. Communication with the rental team was very quick and easy over chat. We all agreed we’d stay again. Hotel staff and elevators were fast (especially for a penthouse ride).

Thanksgiving 2024

This was our 2nd thanksgiving in PCB and both times we stayed in 1601 origins. It is 3 bed 21/2 bath with a large kitchen and living room. The guests share a bath and the master has its own. It’s real comfortable and everything works. The roof access over looking the beach is pretty awesome but we hit some cooler weather this year. Overall is a good place and a fair price. We will probably be back as we have friends with condos in origins. Oh, beach is right across street and is beautiful all year round. Lots of security in the building but seems like a pretty safe place in November.

I hate to do this, but cleanliness & upkeep was missing

We always have more great experiences than bad ones, so this one is not going to be fun. The location & check in was great! The communication via text & email was great! However, we were disappointed with the cleanliness & upkeep of the rental. The kitchen had a skillet that had been placed back in cabinet w/out the burned stuff scrubbed off. The sliding glass door to the outdoor sitting area was so hard to open that only the men could manage to get it open. 1 of the bathroom shower curtains had so much of the 'orangish' mildew on the bottom of the curtain that the stench was awful. (It's too EZ to run it through hot water once in a while & rehang), There was old, splashed pop(?) up on the side of the nice leather couch. Most of the floor lights & tables had so much dust on them that you could write your name in the dust. We were left with only 1 tablet to do our dishes with. Seemed a bit too thrifty for what we paid & that we were staying 2 nights. I went to retrieve a hair thingy out of the bathtub & ending up pulling a WAD of hair that it had grabbed onto in the drain. Just nasty & disgusting. The larger table in front of the couch outside has seen its final days with lots of worn-out rusty spots on top. The cart that was available to assist unloading had nasty corroded stuff in & on it. The signage said that we had trash chutes on 'every' floor... but we didn't on the 16th. I have pics if anyone (Mgt/owners) would like to see. I hated to write this.

Nice place

The property was great, clean and nice plenty of room. The staff was nice, as could be and helpful. They only thing if there is a airshow going on. One of the property managers will open the employees Stairs to the roof Where the pet house is, and let his 20 friends come watch the airshow that aren't even staying at the hotel. So the rooftop is not Private

Wonderful location and great view

Attended a Parrothead event. Location was ideal and the view of the ocean and city was the best. Pool and hot tub were ideal.

Sunshine with a view

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived at 9pm to be fine that we had been given last months parking code. After some looking around we found the security office and were given the correct code. We then entered the condo only to find that there was no heat above 68 degrees and there was no internet. We phoned Blue Swell the next day and they sent a man to look at the heat problem. After a couple visits a new part was ordered which arrived a week later. They did give us two portable heaters but still no internet. We again called Blue Swell and they said a new person was looking after the internet but we never received a password. When the man from Blue Swell delivered the heaters I asked about the internet and he gave me his password to try. It worked but it was very limited. Only one device could be connected and it was very limited in what you could do. The condo was very clean and the building was quite nice. We would stay hear next year if the internet was better and we had the proper garage code.

Birthday getaway

PCB has been a favorite spot for our family vacation and it was a pleasant experience to return to Te Origin and find it just as we remembered The place has an amazing view just a few yards away from the beach We had an awesome time and definitely enjoyed it We can’t wait for the next time.

Beautiful unit horrible stay

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Middle bedroom had no A/CMiddle bath had no hot waterUnit had no Wi-Fi I work from home so working while vacationing. Called at arrive they toldMe to reset the router. The unit ended up not having a router and wi-fi didn’t get fixed duration of the stay. I worked at Starbucks vs the ocean view I paid for. Blue swell told me to callThe HOA to fix they told me to call 2 other people over 16 phone calls for nothing to be fixed. Middle bath hot water finally on the last night of our stay someone came out. So 8 people sharing one shower for 4 days no fun. The repair guy said the plumbing was never put in right and the actual handle was bad hence it not working. He said it was delayed maintenance and shouldn’t have been let go. Also, hot water tank is too small for the unit. And they had 2 elements turned off to save on electric. The repair guy did turn their back on. A/C they came out for the first time on Tuesday. The relay switch was bad which is why the unit had no a/c. They fixed that but the middle bedroom didn’t get a/c still. Called again Wednesday am and pm no one came called again Thursday am and pm nothing. Finally spoke with a manager they said someone would be out they came and closed the vent to the bathroom and living room to try and push air to the bedrooms. Finally on Friday my mother in law checked out it was so hot I called again nothing really got resolved before we left Sunday. I was promised an email with compensation by 5pm Friday that didn’t come either. I contacted my credit card because I definitely didn’t get what I paid for. I had to but fans pay for hotel to get my mother in law to a cooler place. If the issues were fixed I’d return. But the service was poor at best.

Girls Trip

My daughter wanted an 8th grade trip for her and some girlfriends. This place was perfect. I love the location and the facility all together. Condo was as pictured and clean upon arrival. Easy check in process.

Fabulous

It was very easy to check in. The location is close to everything. The amount of space for 3 couples was perfect. The view from the mail deck is lovely. We did have to call security on the next door neighbors due to young adults having a crazy big party. But they handled that right away. The pool was clean and nice. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property has a wonderful view. We had everything we needed to make our stay wonderful. The property not only had a great living area but the outside area was terrific. The pool and hot tub on the 4th floor were pristine. Communication with property management was the best I have experienced. Walk to wonderful restaurant and the beach is just across the street.
