Our Family Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time other than my wife having to have her gallbladder out which put us in the hospital for four of the six days. Location was great. We loved everything about it from the communication when we made reservation to checking out. If you’re looking for a place with more room for your family, this one is definitely it. We will be coming back here again.

Dry is awful

There was no water pressure in the showers and the dryer took a long time to dry clothes we had to cut the dryer back on like 5 times to get towels dry.

Our Spring break with family..

Our stay at this location was amazing! I would have to say that this was one of our best bookings we have had. The unit was very clean & spacious. Everything was very well stocked & it was very cozy & comfortable! Omg the rooftop was very breathtaking & peaceful. We will definitely be booking this unit again for our future plans. Thanks for a wonderful Spring break for my family!

Spring Break Vacation

First time to the area and we absolutely loved it! The condo was just as described! Everyone enjoyed the view and we even got to enjoy the jets flying overhead! The heated pool was great to have since we only got to go to the ocean one day with every other day having double red flags! The staff was extremely nice and helpful

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very impressed with the overall appearance of the unit. Beautifully furnished. The private terrace was perfect for sunbathing or late night cocktails. The beach service provided by the unit was perfect as was the close beach access. However there were a few things that ... The pullout couch is in the master bedroom and there's not enough room to fold it out. You have to manipulate the water to get it hot. It was also dusty and sandy on the floor (very minor thing). If you cook, bring a sharp knife, lol. Now if you have children they won't be able to have floats or toss beach balls in the pool which was strange. Origins is located across the street from Sharkey's and just down the street from Senor Frogs and Zolla's Pizza. Top Golf and Walmart are just around the corner. All in all it was a comfortable unit with Beautiful views.

Thanksgiving 2024

This was our 2nd thanksgiving in PCB and both times we stayed in 1601 origins. It is 3 bed 21/2 bath with a large kitchen and living room. The guests share a bath and the master has its own. It’s real comfortable and everything works. The roof access over looking the beach is pretty awesome but we hit some cooler weather this year. Overall is a good place and a fair price. We will probably be back as we have friends with condos in origins. Oh, beach is right across street and is beautiful all year round. Lots of security in the building but seems like a pretty safe place in November.

Wonderful location and great view

Attended a Parrothead event. Location was ideal and the view of the ocean and city was the best. Pool and hot tub were ideal.

Birthday getaway

PCB has been a favorite spot for our family vacation and it was a pleasant experience to return to Te Origin and find it just as we remembered The place has an amazing view just a few yards away from the beach We had an awesome time and definitely enjoyed it We can’t wait for the next time.

Beautiful

This is the best place you can stay at the view is amazing property is very nice. Check in process is a little confusing but once figured it was smooth from there. Most definitely will stay here again

Excellent Stay

This was a girls trip that we take every year..This condo was awesome..it was beautifully decorated..it looked just like the pictures...great access to the beach. The views from the roof terrace patio were breathtaking..Shopping and resaturants were minutes away.. We will definitely be returning next year..

Family Spring Break Vacation 2022

Thoroughly enjoyed our Family Vacation! Very spacious and plenty of room for everyone and everything decorated so nice. The ocean views are beautiful and the beach is just across the street. Heated pool and game room is a plus. The host responds immediately if you need anything. We are looking forward to our next vacation.
