On the main level, you are welcomed by an entrance hall that leads into a generous living and dining room featuring an open-hearth fireplace, a Scandinavian wood stove, and cable TV. The space opens onto both a balcony and a terrace, with west-facing and north-facing orientations offering pleasant natural light. An open kitchen is fully equipped with 4 hot plates, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also located on this floor.

On the lower ground floor, you will find all 4 bedrooms. The first bedroom is fitted with 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length.
